Hello! I'll be renting this apartment this July. The tenant before me stayed for 4 years in this apartment kaya sobrang luma na sya tignan.
Yung ceiling nag bakbak na and as per landlady molds daw ito. What she will do in the entire apartment is repaint the walls then nung inask ko about sa ceiling pipinturahan lang rin daw nya.
Tama ba yun? I mean if pipinturahan lang mag susuffer ba ko in the long run? Any tips/suggestions as well if paano maiwasan yung ganito like need ba dehumidifier etc?

Hello mamsh, for mommies na na-raspa kumusta po naging recovery nyo physically? So far ako puro kdrama lang para ma-divert attention minsan.
Physically naramdaman ko talagang humina yung katawan ko. Before ako mabuntis I go to gym or do walking. Now ang bilis ko na talaga mapagod, I really want to return my strength. Advisable na ba mag light physical activities? Gym kasi is my happy place so I know somehow maiibsan yung lungkot na nararamdaman ko.
Tomorrow pa follow up check up ko with my OB and I'll ask rin po ito sakanya. I just want to know rin po personal experiences nyo.

Hello, I just had missed miscarriage last June 1. Unfortunately my SSS status is temporary due to wrong name. Naasikaso ko naman all missing documents and nasend ko na sya to SSS office. As per SSS, 1 month pa daw after ma-change yung status ko to permanent.
Ang questions ko po is:
Need ko kasi i-budget yung money ko since as of now wala ng papasok na payroll sakin.
