Heated socks anyone?
I wish I could soak my feet in Epsom salt every day, but that's not feasible. So I wondered about heated socks instead.
Has anyone tried them and if so which ones?
I have the strong urge to throw everything out to finally achieve some calm And that includes my furniture and a lot of clothes. Anyone here postmenopause care to share their experience? Did you ever regret it? What changed for you?
Whilst I struggle with object permanence to an extent, I also wish I could just hide everything behind doors.
I'm not a minimalist, but I'm even develop these tendencies (whilst still wanting an ice cream maker to make healthy ice creams LOL).
I have lots of clothes that are unique vintage items from the 70s, but I'm not feeling inspired to wear many of them anymore. I already sold a lot on vinted, and I feel the need to do another big sale.
It's like I'm turning into another person! I've chosen the depression/ anxiety flair because I feel like shedding all this stuff and changing whatever I can on a budget to make things more "zen" might help me with the mental health stuff too.
I could just go ahead of course and purge brutally, but I'm also worried that I might regret it since I purged a lot of vintage clothes in my youth thinking I won't ever wear them again and regretted it later, decades later even.
Is anyone going through similar?
Has gone through similar?
What was your experience? How did you approach it, and did you ever regret it?

Cocamidpropyl Betaine free Products in the UK that don't cost an arm amd leg recommendations please. What are you using?
Asking £10 for 250ml of hand soap is out of my budget
Hoka Bondi 9 extra wide, first impressions
Very light, airy material, roomy in the toe box, lightweight.
I don't like the look of them, but I'm happy to use them as every day go to shops, parks, and gym shoes. If they give my feet the support and relief they need so that I can keep doing what I'm doing, I'll get used to them.
Question for UK / European folks: Has anyone of you ever had PRP or HA injections done abroad? Like kn Turkey for example? What was your experiences?
I have to start planning for such injections if I want to keep my activity levels up.
The podiatrist just told me there is nothing I can do to slow it down, particularly not in my feet.
Thanks
I am considering to start an elimination journey of certain foods to find out if they are causing inflammation in my body, starting with grains, but also considering seeds, pulses and nuts. I am posting my question here because perimenopause is a contributing factor. What are your experiences?
I am aware that keto and paleo are seen as controversial diets and that's not my actual goal. It's more figuring out if I have a leaky gut and if my diet is messing with my body too much.
I wonder if there are some great ideally free tools to create meal plans and apps to help identify bad foods and get suggestions for alternatives.
I have OA in my toes and arch and have been recommended these slippers. BUT I also have wide feet.
Wondered if anyone here owns a pair in US 8 and could tell me how wide they are?
