Feasibility for training a tougher enemy ai based on player inputs?

What would be the technological feasibility to train/encode a harder and more unpredictable enemy ai by recording player actions over many fights? like say a volunteer group of players sends packets of how they moved and fought across different tiers and forms of fights to eventually incorporate into a tougher enemy ai. Perhaps it would be less historical in prose, but it would give a bit more challenge to the game (Unless multiplayer becomes a thing)

All of this to be perhaps a setting like most other things. "Player styled opponents [ ]"

Why is the Ottoman Empire AI actually braindead?

They play the game like they are AFK on their phone the entire time, even the Mughal Empire that doesn't develop shit until the 1750's eventually wakes up and starts to play the game. Why do the ottomans do jack shit with their land until either PL or the Marathas swallow them whole. They shouldn't be the sick man in this period.

What is this giant plant? I am certain this is a massive dandelion but my family disagrees.

Can we PLEASE get a pie chart for pop acceptance. The bar is so unintuitive

Why do we have this dumbass bar to show how many people are of what class? it doesn't even scale accurately according to how many people are of that tier!? There isn't a single mod on the workshop (Yet, hopefully) that adds a quick pie or block chart to show the acceptance demographics
