I'm sure this has been discussed before but just wondering if anyone else's heart rate is always high. I've been running on the treadmill, and have recently been attempting to do the like easy conversation running & paying attention to my heart rate. If I am running my heart rate is between 160-190, and when I notice it getting close to/into the 190s I try to slow down my pace but it never seems to go down until I start walking. I don't really want or feel the need to walk but am trying to listen to my heart rate and not be in that very high range for long amounts of time. I am female 5'2" 124 lbs. I wouldn't say I am a great runner by any means but this just feels so high for someone who is not in bad shape. Just looking for advice or do I just keep running & eventually will notice my HR not being so high during runs. It's too hot to run outside right now, but will see what my HR is like during an outdoor run when it cools down.

Is anyone a member of this run club?

Just wondering what the vibe is. I'm not a fast runner though so also wondering if I'd just be left in the dust or if it's only like 4 people.

I’m meal prepping for my husband & I. Breakfast and lunch seem to be good!
But dinner he ends up eating like 2 portions & by Wednesday we are out 😂
I was doing like burrito bowl-ish dinner meals
Rice, black beans, ground turkey, sweet potatoes & onions.
But he’s always like still starving after this meal.
What could I add or something similar but more filling that will actually last a full week
Or just make way more I guess but it already feels like make so much of this.

That is how it feels to me with Mallorie. I feel like when we were all younger a lot of us had a Scooter. A guy who was in love with you but you only saw as a friend. That whenever you had a break up, you knew they'd be there to flirt with, fwb, or just hang out with until you were ready to try dating someone else that wasn't him.

It is giving this vibe to me. Keeping him around just in case it does not work with Rasit.

I see some people saying it is not ok he demands they do not talk, but I do not agree. As they have been fwb, I do not for a second believe he does not like her in that way. In the past when I tried to hang out with men who I have hooked up with or whatever in a just as friends way, they ruin it & have always tried to put the move on me, whether I was single at the time or in a relationship. I understand Rasit not liking this person she has hooked up with trying to come over all the time & definitely do not need to be texting all day and night? She keeps saying this is American culture blah blah. No it is not lol. I feel like I would be uncomfortable if I was Rasit also.

Also as a now married person, both me and my SO are not friends with anyone we have hooked up with in the past... so.

This person does a lot of piercings and tattoos, so I was like ok - they are booked for weeks out etc.
I go in she cleans everything and such, seems cleanly, cleans my stud going in & wears gloves, cleans my nose.
Then she pierced my nose and took a q tip to clean the blood up. Then she took said q tip with my blood on it, put it on her block of jelly and put that jelly on my nose… I only know this because my mom saw, I was not looking.
Which means she does this with other people’s blood I’m sure
Obviously I will not be going back but should I be like freaking out about Hep C?! If other people’s blood is on that jelly 😭 wtf

UPDATE: I called my mom and I said did the jelly look fresh and she said oh yeah looked like fresh jelly. On a new stick
So sorry.
All she said was don’t go back there she put your blood in the lube, which made me think it was a communal lube💀 left out the part that it did look fresh just for my piercing.So sorry. I was flipping out for like 2 hours

Wow.

I'm making my first t-shirt. Over $100 in cotton yarn. Is this normal?? That is so much 💀 obviously I could have gotten crappier yarn but I want my stuff to look & feel nice. Also, the color, perhaps I could have gotten different yarn in bulk but it wouldn't have been in the colors I wanted.
