Revving noise in my kia soul

My 2019 kia soul has been making this noise for about 2 weeks. Just had the oil changed and air filter changed out. Wonder what that revving could be when I accelerate on the gas.

AT&T didn't get my trade in

Just wanted to know how this works... so I back in April I did the next up trade and ups my old 17 pro max for the s26 ultra. Gave ups the 17 pro max and att got the phone the end of April like the 30th. So I just got a email from them saying they never got the phone even though I have a track number that says they did. So now they are trying to charge me full price for the iPhone. Has anyone else gone through something like this. And the ups person told me to hold the track number just in case.

Pre sale home inspection

I am getting a pre sale home inspection before we list our house on the market. Has anyone else got this done and how did it go when selling your house?

Change Battery in Thermostat

My thermostat is set at 64 degrees but it shows 75. Now the unit is still flashing green which is a good thing. I bought the new thermostat last year. So do you think I just need to change the batteries on the back? It is a honeywell wifi thermostat.

Employment offer letter from out of state

So we are moving from Ohio to Missouri and I am just wondering why is it so hard to get a offer letter for employment for my husband? He is a warehouse worker for the record. What am I doing wrong? He has applied for so many jobs now he's gotten maybe 1 or 2 interviews, but it just seems like nobody really wants to hire him because we live out-of-state. now he does let them know we are moving in October or September, but we cannot look at any houses in Missouri until he gets that Letter. is it really that hard? Sorry for ranting!

Employment in new state

For people who found work in another state, how did you do it? So a little backstory, me and my husband are putting our house on the market soon. So in order for us to buy a house in another state, he has to have obviously employment there. I was just curious when it comes to him getting a job down there, how does that work? I know he has to have an application done. Does he have like a certain amount of time? I know we'd obviously would have to explain it to the HR department. Sorry I am new to this. He is a machine operator if that matters. We are buying a house in Missouri and before we can even but a offer in on a house we have to show proof of employment. That is the part I am wondering about. And no we are not interested in renting at all.

Job transfer or job hunting

So has anyone ever when buying a house had a issue transferring jobs or finding a new job in a new state before you bought a house? So before me and my husband end up moving to Missouri in order for us to even buy a house, we have to show proof that he has a job, established down there or that he is transferring, has anybody ever had to go through this? this is all new to us. I would just like you guys as thoughts.
