Recently have been looking into all the YouTube creators with the KR content. What is his deal? Can someone briefly explain if he is anti KR? Or pro KR? Also did he cover this whole case?
It’s been 6 months since my breakup, and I still think about him every day. I miss him so much.
Since the breakup, I put myself in therapy and have spent a lot of time reflecting on who I was in the relationship. I’ve learned about anxious attachment, insecurity, and protest behaviors, and I’ve realized that a lot of my reactions came from feeling scared, rejected, or not good enough. That doesn’t excuse how I acted, but it has helped me understand it.
The hardest part is realizing how much I hurt someone I truly loved. I took the relationship for granted at times, and I keep replaying situations where I wish I had handled things differently.
The relationship ultimately ended after one night that I deeply regret. I had been drinking heavily, had recently lost a lot of weight, was feeling more confident than I had in years, and my boyfriend and I had been struggling for months. I was feeling lonely and, in the moment, the attention felt good. I spent the night flirting with another guy at a bar.
When the bar closed, I left with him because he offered me a ride. Nothing physical happened between us, but I completely understand how it looked and why my boyfriend lost trust in me. If the roles were reversed, I would have been devastated too.
That decision changed everything. He ended the relationship, and I’ve carried an incredible amount of guilt ever since.
I’ve also worked hard to change. I’m in therapy, I’ve been cutting way back on alcohol, and I’m trying to become a healthier, more emotionally secure person. But forgiving myself has been the hardest part.
Has anyone else struggled with overwhelming guilt after making one impulsive decision that cost them the person they loved? Were you ever able to forgive yourself and move forward? Right now, I feel like I’m stuck replaying the past over and over.

May sound dumb, but has anyone seen them together in person? Just curious if they have chemistry still. In her vlogs he seems to not care. I know we don’t see everything, but curious how they act with each other when out
She honestly looks great. I wonder how far along she is!
Does anyone think Emma is jealous of Paige and how successful she is? And also how her about to be hubby is way hotter???
Congrats to Emma & P! Super exciting for them. But I think she doesn’t realize when basketball season hits she literally cannot follow him around anymore like a lost puppy. I’m sure she will have a lot of help with family and friends around, but she’s so use to being up his every move so it will be interesting to see how she adapts to being a mother.
How come this couple has randomly been hanging out with Emma and Payton? Following them around everywhere? Is Collin an influencer? How does he know them? Also how is this Riley girl an influencer all of a sudden? No idea who she is
I’m really struggling and could use some advice.
My ex and I were together for almost 3 years. He was my best friend, my person, and someone I thought I’d spend my future with.
The breakup was complicated. There were mistakes I made that I take full responsibility for and still regret deeply. There was also a traumatic situation where my brother assaulted my ex, causing serious injuries and leading to an upcoming jury trial. My ex has said that event changed him and that he’ll never be the same person he was before.
For the past 4 months, I’ve honestly been begging for another chance. I’ve sent emotional texts, tried to explain myself, tried to fix things, and struggled to let go.
Recently, he finally told me the emotional texts need to stop because he’s trying to move on. He said he needs to work on himself and that I need to work on myself too.
What confuses me is that he also says he’ll always love me, always care about me, and always be there for me.
If that’s true, then why doesn’t he ever reach out?
He hasn’t blocked me on anything. But I’m always the one initiating contact. He never checks in to ask how I’m doing. He never asks to see me. He never asks what’s going on in my life anymore.
I don’t understand how someone can say they love and care about you, yet go day after day, week after week, without talking to you or seeing you.
I’m struggling with no contact because it feels like I’m grieving someone who’s still alive and only a few minutes down the road. I miss knowing what’s going on in his life. I miss telling him about my day. I miss having my best friend.
The hardest part is wondering how he can live his day-to-day life without me in it while I’m still hurting so much from losing him.
I’m in therapy and trying to focus on myself, but this hurts more than I can put into words.
Has anyone else experienced this? How did you accept that someone could love you and still choose distance? How did you survive no contact when all you wanted was to hear from them?
Hi everyone,
I recently took the TEAS and didn’t pass my Science and Math sections. I’m planning to retake it and would love recommendations on the best study resources.
For Science, I felt like a lot of the questions on my exam were different from what I had focused on while studying. Biology especially threw me off. There were questions involving molecules, chemical formulas/equations, interpreting charts and graphs, and Anatomy & Physiology concepts that I struggled with
For Math, I struggled with:
Slope
Area formulas
Sphere formulas/surface area
Ratios and proportions
Conversions
Word problems
What books, workbooks, websites, YouTube channels, or free resources helped you improve your scores? If you failed the TEAS and later passed, what made the biggest difference for you?
Thank you! I’m hoping to retake the exam in a few months and want to make sure I’m studying the right material this time. 😊
Has it ever got brought up if there’s any video footage of him going inside his condo complex? Since that’s his albi of where he was when he left 34 Fairview
with the specific times he “remembers”.
He also specified it was exactly 12:10 on the dot allie “picked him up” from 34 Fairview, but couldn’t “recall” anything else.
Also, she never did with this Life360 data that came out.
It’s all so crazy.
What information is going to be brought up by Karen’s attorneys that Colin is so scared of?
When it does happen aren’t the transcripts private as well so the public won’t have access?
Does anyone know when any other documentary’s / movies are set to be coming out about the case? I know the Netflix one I heard is primarily based on the mcalberts side. But I am curious when the one Turtleboy is in will come out and if any others are set to come out
It’s been since February since my 3-year relationship ended. He broke up with me and said he had been hurt too many times and couldn’t keep going through the same patterns. He told me he will always love me and always be there for me, but that he needs to focus on himself and that I need to focus on myself too. He also told me that things will never be the same, and hearing those words completely broke my heart.
I’ve spent a lot of time reflecting on my role in the relationship. I wasn’t perfect, and I’ve come to realize that my anxious attachment, insecurities, and protest behaviors caused hurt and damage over time. Looking back, I don’t like some of the ways I reacted when I felt scared, disconnected, or afraid of losing him. It breaks my heart knowing that someone I loved so deeply was hurt by my actions and behaviors. The guilt and regret have been really hard to carry, and at times I feel like a terrible person for the negative tendencies I brought into the relationship.
The hardest part is that I still love him. I don’t want anyone else right now. If I’m being honest, a part of me still hopes that maybe someday, after enough time apart, healing, and growth, we could reconnect. I know I can’t force that, and I know I have to accept that it may never happen, but it’s hard to completely let go of that hope when you loved someone deeply and saw a future together.
Right now I’m trying to focus on becoming healthier emotionally, learning from my mistakes, and becoming a better version of myself. Whether that leads to reconciliation someday or not, I know I need to do the work.
Has anyone else been in a similar situation where you genuinely took accountability for your part in the breakup? How did you heal from the guilt and regret? What did you do to improve yourself and work on your attachment issues or unhealthy patterns? And if you ever reconnected with an ex after significant time apart and personal growth, what did that look like?
I could really use some perspective from people who have been where I am.
I’ve recently started therapy after a breakup, and something I’ve been reflecting on is whether some of my behaviors during the relationship were what attachment theory calls “protest behaviors.”
My ex ended our almost 3-year relationship because he said he was emotionally damaged from hurt he experienced throughout the relationship and had simply reached his limit. I want to be clear that I wasn’t perfect. There were times I didn’t handle things well, and I’ve taken accountability for my mistakes. I know there were ups and downs, just like any relationship.
What I’m struggling with now is understanding where my responsibility ends and where unmet needs in the relationship began.
My ex was honestly one of the kindest, sweetest, most genuine people I’ve ever known. He was my best friend, and I loved him deeply. I still do.
But as I’ve been reflecting, I’m realizing there were some major things I wanted in a relationship that I wasn’t receiving.
I’m a 30-year-old woman, and I’ve always wanted marriage and children. He was 41 and I was his first serious relationship. He believed marriage was just a piece of paper, while I felt it meant much more than that. Eventually, I convinced myself I could be okay never getting married because I loved him so much and still wanted a future with him.
It also took about 2.5 years before I slowly moved into his house, and I only lived there for a few months before the breakup. Before that, I never even had a key to his house despite us being together for almost 3 years.
We rarely went on dates unless I planned them. Most weekends were spent at home. His friends would invite us on double dates or social outings, and he would often make excuses not to go. I wanted more experiences together, more memories, more adventures, and more quality time outside the house. He wasn’t very romantic, and sometimes when I was affectionate, he felt it was too much.
I did communicate these things during the relationship. When I would say I wanted us to do more together, go on dates, travel, be more social, or have more shared experiences, he would often tell me I was comparing our relationship to other couples or what I saw on social media.
Maybe there was some truth to that at times. But looking back, I don’t think I was asking for a perfect Instagram relationship. I wasn’t asking for luxury vacations or grand gestures. I just wanted to feel like we were actively building a life together and creating memories.
Now I’m wondering if some of my anxiety, frustration, and unhealthy reactions came from trying to convince myself I was okay with things that deep down I wasn’t okay with. I compromised on marriage, commitment timelines, romance, socializing, and other things that were important to me because I loved him.
I fully accept that I made mistakes and contributed to problems in the relationship. I’m not trying to blame him for everything. But I’m starting to question whether I spent too much time blaming myself for everything while overlooking the fact that some of my core needs weren’t being met.
Has anyone gone through something similar?
Have you ever looked back after a breakup and realized that while you made mistakes, there were also important needs that weren’t being met in the relationship?
How did you separate what was anxiety, insecurity, or attachment wounds from what were legitimate relationship needs?
Did therapy help you understand whether your reactions were caused by your own issues, the relationship dynamics, or a combination of both?
I’m trying to take accountability for my part while also being honest about the things I wanted and needed. Any advice, perspective, or personal experiences would be greatly appreciated
I don’t get how someone can so easily let go and distance themselves and just act like you never existed.
I’m a 30-year-old woman and my ex is 41. We were together for almost 3 years, and he was my first real love in a lot of ways. I was also his first serious relationship and the first woman he ever introduced to his family and friends.
We went through a lot of difficult things together, and during a hard period in our relationship I made a mistake. I took accountability for it and tried everything I could to repair the damage. But 4 months ago he decided to end the relationship.
What I struggle with most is understanding how he seems able to just move on. He says he was emotionally drained and that he can't do it anymore. He says he needs to focus on himself and move forward. Meanwhile, I still think about him every day. We have been communicating almost every other day since the breakup, which makes it even harder for me to understand. Part of me feels like he was just being nice to me out of kindness rather than because he genuinely wanted me in his life, and that realization really hurts.
I honestly believe he emotionally checked out of the relationship months before the breakup, probably around 4 months before he ended things. Maybe that's why he seems able to move on while I'm still grieving the loss. It feels like he's already had a head start processing everything, while I'm only now trying to come to terms with it.
What confuses me even more is that he won't block me or completely cut me off. He tells me he will always love me and that he'll always be there for me if I need him. But I don't know how to make sense of that. If he's moved on, why keep that door open?
The hardest part is that I can't just be friends with someone I still love. I can't switch my feelings off or shut out my emotions the way he seems to have. For me, the love is still there, which makes it incredibly painful to accept that the relationship is over.
I keep asking myself: How does someone who loved you just stop? How does someone who was such a huge part of your life not reach out? Why am I still hurting so much while he seems okay?
Part of me feels like I'm not good enough because he chose to walk away instead of trying to repair things. I've always believed relationships can heal if both people are willing to work through the hard times. I thought love meant staying and rebuilding together.
What makes it harder is that before me he was always single and very independent. He liked being alone and doing his own thing. Sometimes I wonder if it's simply easier for him to go back to that life than it is for me to let go of us.
Has anyone else felt this way after a breakup? How did you stop wondering whether they missed you and start focusing on your own healing?
My ex and I broke up about 4 months ago. Since then, I’ve spent most of that time begging, sending long texts, trying to explain myself, and trying to get him back. Looking back, I feel embarrassed because I think he emotionally checked out of the relationship months ago while I was still desperately trying to hold on.
I feel like an idiot for spending 4 months chasing someone who was telling me he needed to move on, but I also know I was acting from a place of heartbreak, grief, and panic. I loved him deeply and wasn’t ready to let go.
Today is Day 2 of true no contact. I’m finally accepting that I can’t force someone to choose me or stay. My focus now is trying to heal, work on myself, and stop reaching out.
For those who have been through this, when did no contact start getting easier? Did the urge to text eventually go away? Has anyone ever reunited with an ex after both people took time apart to heal and grow?
Taking the ATI TEAS tonight and math is definitely my weakest subject 😭 I did study and have been doing practice tests, but I’ve still been struggling and getting overwhelmed with some of the problems.
For people who recently took it, how difficult was the math section compared to the ATI practice tests? What kinds of problems were actually on it the most?
I did study from the Mometrix study guide book and found it to be a lot of information to remember…
