Autosequence timecode stops making first after first clip

This happens to me on a specific shooting day- When I autosequence, the first camera file matches the sequence timecode, the second is already at a different timecode. This makes it so that I have to manually type the timecode for each camera file for my sync map, which is a nightmare with 70 files. Again - it just happens with this camera on this one day. Anyone knows why? Thanks ahead

Can't move date dial backwards, only forwards

I'm trying to follow general instructions online about how to correct the date but the crown controlling the date only moves it forward, rolling it up does nothing. Writing here because this product arrived in a nice box but without any manual. Thanks ahead

Entered scam links on pc and phone - are devices compromised?

Hi everyone,

My sister entered fake websites, in which she put card details, uploaded her ID, entered passwords and all of that..

She entered these Websites from her Android phone AND PC.

Is there a chance that malicious Software was downloaded to the devices?

Is there a way to actually check or should we just format everything?

Thanks!

Forgot to add water

Happens to me once every four - five years. European heat wave melted my brain.

Best setup for 5.1 surround system - for viewing purposes

We want to turn one of the editing rooms in our studio to a deluxe editing suite, in which we'll be able to hear the 5.1 mixes we receive from sound studios along with a large monitor to view the graded cuts we get (60+ inch).

We're an offline editing studio, so we'll need the 5.1 equipment purely for viewing and hearing purposes only.

In addition to this we'll have 2 near field high quality sound monitors for all the offline work.

We're working with mac. We'll get a Mac Studio once they're available again.

Budget will have to acommodate this - I think within 2000 € just for all the Sound equipment.

Does anyone here have experience with this? Which avr is good? Speakers? Will the hdmi cable from our blackmagic mini Display 4 give enough information for 5.1 Sound AND one (or two) external monitors? (a small one for color, the large one just for viewing) how should I accomodate the room? Are there sound shops that can help literally build it? We're situated in Berlin.

Best accesibility options to make this play like typical zelda?

I'm 33, I work 9-17 and I don't have the time, instincts or energy to "git gud".
From your experience- how do I make this play more like the minish cap or super metroid, but not like kirby's kindergarten adventures?

I swear, if one more bat kills me...

New acetate glasses keep squeaking

I bought a pair of mykita glasses, made of acetate. Any tiny adjustment to the frame opening or closing causes a tiny squeak. This happens all the time, even when I'm not moving my head. The store is completely denying responsibility. I've had glasses for 22 years and never faced this problem. Is there anything I can do?

How do you provide backlight to your monitors?

Our offices are quiet dark and I want each station to have some light behind the monitors, there are many ways to do this, which do you find best?

I'm working with a virtual drive (LucidLink) on a Premiere Production and everything is painfully slow. when I go to Production Settings, by default all scratch disks are saved in the same folder. I'd prefer it if each machine connected to the project could have the scratch disks saved to an internal hard drive. Is there a way to do this? (we have 3 people working on the project at the same time)

I've started managing a post house. We have several offline editing rooms. They're all perfectly functional but their design doesn't inspire creativity. Google shows the most boring options and Pinterest is filled to the brim with slop. Any ideas?
