Man found in Malpeque Bay, P.E.I. finally identified after nearly 30 years through DNA

This story was huge news 30 years ago - Most accounts said the body came up tangled in lobster gear so the body was most likely not a floater from the Island but from away. Many people speculated it was tied to the Hell's Angels, which had to have been pure speculation, but it is interesting that the body has now been tied to Quebec regarding the organized crime connection.

Regardless I am a nosey Islander and would love to know more.

But $40,000,000 per year in the budget for the oligarch Irving family is good for the weakest economy in Canada, as per the same budget that announced the toll.

Now let's watch as comments below claim that, even though the plan breaks Section 6 of the Charter of Rights and Freedoms, it's just a ploy by the province to make Prince Edward Island and Nova Scotia drop their tolls. Because you really know you're a drive thru province when the only political questions are about what your neighbours do to your fleeing population.
