Fuckyouinparticular : French politics x road cycling collab

Quick recap : Tour Auvergne Rhone Alpes is the new name of Criterium du Dauphiné. The change is due to a local right wing politician (Wauquiez) who wants the name of the region everywhere in his kingdom.
Now Wauquiez doesn't like green party and anyone who oppose him. Grenoble (2 or 3rd city of the region) has been ruled by green party for years and has always been a green/leftist stronghold. The mayor and Wauquiez always fought over petty (or not) subjects like excluding muslims women from swimming pools, who will host international events (like winter olympics) or if public transport should be encouraged.

The revenge from Wauquiez : the first stage of Tour Auvergne Rhone Alpes 2026, all around Grenoble but never setting foot in. Also excluding Grenoble from winter olympics despite it being in the Alps and having one of the bigger ice rink.

That was too long

What is the deal with the new Copilot/Github token billing thing ?

I'm not even sure I understand the issue : 'What a joke': GitHub Copilot's new token-based billing spurs consternation among devs | TechCrunch
People (developers ?) used to pay a monthly subscription to use Copilot and now they have to pay at each request (token ?) ?
The thing I don't understand is : what is the link with github and why are there so many developers working on Copilot ?

Hi,
I'm working in a Power line maintenance company and there's one thing I couldn't find the answer to in training material : how did they choose the voltage value of power lines ? It seems a bit random, for example in France : 42kV, 63kV, 90kV, 150kV, 225kV, 400kV. Some countries have 138kV or 375kV.
