Do you know any link to good adaptors? There's so many in Shopee but I'm not sure if they're okay.

Hello, I applied at a company where the QA team is relatively new and got accepted. I've been a manual QA for 4 years now but it's my first time in a more senior role. We have no lead QA, but I am somehow the senior one in my team.

So far I've already reorganized our test case suites and suggested strategies on prioritization of tasks, but I feel like there's more to do, especially that the QA team is still new.

What can I do to help improve our processes? What should I look out for? Would you mind sharing your QA processes?

Context: Di ko alam kung ilang taon na siya, pero mga 3 years ko na siyang nakikita rito. Pinapakain ko minsan tapos dito na rin siya nanganak sa labas namin.

Ipapa-spay ko na siya para hindi na mag-anak pa kahit palakad-lakad siya rito sa amin sa labas.

Gandang araw mga sir. Context lang, I didn't grow up with a lot of guys in the family. Lumaki rin akong malayo sa mga pinsan ko, tapos karamihan naman sa mga naging classmate kong lalaki dati, mga bully, bastos, o kaya di ko trip mga trip nila kaya rin siguro I didn't have much male influence in my life. Di rin kami close ng kuya ko kasi wala siya habang lumalaki ako. My dad was my best friend, but he's gone now.

Working professional na ako for 6 years, different companies, mostly WFH. Ngayon, I feel awkward kapag may workmate akong guys na mas matanda sa akin, mga 30s-40s ganyan. Di ako maka-relate masyado. 25 na ako, btw.

I have male friends naman pero konti lang. Ewan, siguro gusto ko lang din ng tropang guys from different age groups. 'Yung chill lang, solid kakwentuhan about goals and life, walang masyadong drama (pero oks lang naman if gustong magkwento, makikinig naman), di toxic, di bastos.

Naghahanap kasi ako ng side hustle pero weekends lang ako free. Kaya ko namang maglaan ng oras sa pag-aaral and paggawa ng portfolio.

Meron ba ritong mga VA na Saturday and Sunday lang ang work? O 'yung at least 3 hours per day during weekdays?
