Looking for a 4-5 BHK Villa in Lonavala for Tomorrow Any Recommendations?

Hi everyone,

We're planning a last-minute trip to Lonavala tomorrow and are looking for a 4–5 BHK villa.

If anyone has any recommendations, direct owner contacts, or knows of a good villa that's clean, well-maintained, and worth the price, I'd really appreciate it. A private pool would be a bonus, but it's not a strict requirement.

Please share any leads in the comments or feel free to DM me.

Thanks in advance! 😊

Looking for a 2 BHK in Wakad / Tathawade / Hinjawadi - Any Leads?

Hi everyone,

My friend and I are looking for a 2 BHK to rent in Wakad, Tathawade, or Hinjawadi. Any of these locations would work for us.

We'll be 2 people, we're looking for a clean, well-maintained apartment. If anyone has any direct owner leads, knows of a vacancy, or can recommend a good society, it would be greatly appreciated.

Please DM me or comment below if you have any leads.

Thanks in advance!

People who did B.Pharm and built a successful career- what would you advise a final-year student?

My younger brother is currently in the 4th year of B.Pharm at a Tier 2 college. He wants to pursue higher studies if it leads to better career opportunities, but we're trying to understand the best path before making any decisions.

I made a lot of career mistakes myself because I never sought advice from experienced people or explored all the available opportunities. I don't want him to repeat those mistakes.

I'd really appreciate advice from people who have completed B.Pharm or are working in the pharma industry.

Some questions we have:

- Is higher education worth it? If yes, which courses would you recommend (M.Pharm, MBA, MS abroad, PharmD, etc.)?

- Which entrance exams should he prepare for?

- What are the highest-paying career paths after B.Pharm?

- Which skills should he start building while still in college?

- What are some underrated opportunities that students often overlook?

- If you could go back to your final year, what would you do differently?

- What common mistakes should he avoid?

We're looking for honest advice from people who have actually been through this journey. Any insights, personal experiences, or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! 🙏

Looking for Badminton Buddies

Hey Guys

I'm looking for people to play badminton with on weekends, and I'm also available on some weekdays if anyone's interested.

Just to be clear, I'm not a pro player. I just enjoy playing for fun, getting some exercise, and meeting new people. So don't worry about your skill level beginners and casual players are more than welcome.

I usually prefer playing at Acers Court

If you're interested, feel free to DM me. If there's already a badminton WhatsApp/Telegram group, I'd appreciate it if you could add me as well.

Who do you talk to when you can't talk to anyone?

I'm a 25-year-old guy, and I've been unemployed for the last 8 months.

One thing I've realized is that, as men, we're often expected to just deal with things quietly. I have family, I have friends, but I still don't feel like I can open up to them. I don't want to worry my parents, and with friends it just feels awkward or like I'm being a burden.

Sometimes you don't necessarily want someone to solve your problems you just want someone to listen.

Lately I've been wanting to vent about everything that's been going on, but I end up keeping it all to myself. It gets exhausting.

So I'm curious how do you guys deal with this? Do you have someone you can genuinely talk to, or have you found other ways to cope when you're carrying everything alone?

I'd really like to hear how other men handle this.
