when imperium has units like leman russ getting 9 datasheets, baneblade getting 8, or space marines having over 50 kits all rule of 3 actualy does is hard nerf xenos & chaos. Like what do you mean Tyrranofex has 1 data sheet for its 3 wildly different weapons but leman russ gets a new data sheet per hat the rider has lmao

and when you factor the ever plummeting points drops you result in having to run the cap of a ton of kits to even hit 2k let alone weird situations like emperors children terminators cant even be reinforced, so you can only run 3 units of 5 worth like 145 points yet their making rules specificaly builty around building your army around them
