If I were to pair a sword with a wand, or a sword with a pistol, how would that work in combat? Would the character fire the pistol and then charge in? Sling the wand while in melee range? Does the game even let you pair them together?

I'm going for a crit-heavy energy weapons build. Which is going to be better overall?

I just got Wingspan Asia and while I like the dark red eggs, I thought it would be nicer to put the white eggs from base game in with some custom black ones to lean into the yin yang theme. Does anyone have any tips on how to paint the red eggs black, and what finishes to use to make them feel like the standard egg?

That’s it. That’s the whole post. I think Dread is the coolest fucking thing and I despise how it’s locked to Iron Bull. I hate how Qunari aren’t allowed to use any helmets at all, but I especially burn for Dread not being allowed.

That and horn shape being locked to hair styles, but that gets fixed in Veilguard so I’m content to just grumble and pick the same horns I usually do.

But the helmets!

I'm having a hard time finding a Smoke Ball, so I'm just going to go and find wherever they're hiding and fight them there.

I just finished Awakening as an Orlesian Warden Commander (>!as the Original Blackwall before he recruited Thom!<) and am ready to start 2. But then I was reminded that for some reason, 2 likes to think that importing an Orlesian Warden means you never played Origins. I guess BioWare couldn’t imagine a world where a player WOULDNT want to sleep with Morrigan to avoid certain death (I say this sarcastically, but when I write it out I really can’t blame them).

So, the question: which default world state should I put up with? Origins or Awakening? I’m pretty used to Awakening’s default decisions as I’d not owned Awakening on my first few playthroughs, I don’t think I’ve ever seen Nathaniel in the Deep Roads. But I also don’t like the idea of sitting with the default world state for Origins stuff, cause I have no idea what might or might not be affected. Will Zevran still show up? Queen Anora? …that’s all I can think of off the top of my head actually.

Which should I import? My martyr warden or my Orlesian Commander?

I'm pretty close to getting my Intergrated Dynamics computer set up, and was told squeezing menril logs was a more efficient way to getting chunks than cutting trees down. i've jumped on the squeezer, and have a drying basin, but how do i get the liquid out of the squeezer?

To my understanding, Stasis requires focus/discipline to be unwavering, stoic, unfeeling. Strand obviously requires almost the opposite, a free flowing attitude and casualness so that you’re swimming with the river. But what’s the mindset for wielding the other 3? What does arc, void, or solar need that makes them hard to switch between so easily in lore?

I'm gearing up to do another playthrough, and I know going into it I'm going to be doing the Ultimate Sacrifice with my Warden. So I'm trying to come up with an interesting Warden-Commander to play as, and I had the idea of playing >!the original Blackwall, a few years before he met Thom!<. From what I understand from the lore, he became Warden-Constable for Orlais in 9:28, and Awakening takes place in 9:31. Is it farfetched to say that he was assigned as Warden-Commander for Ferelden as a temporary posting, just until they could get their numbers up with local recruits, and then he returns as Constable for Orlais once the job is done? I like the idea of playing as >!the original Blackwall!< because then having Blackwall in the Inquisition will make it feel like Awakening actually happened. The only plot hole I can see happening is >!that Morrigan would surely recognize that Blackwall is not the man that tracked her down, but I think depending on the timing that situation might resolve itself before Morrigan could get around to potentially saying anything? Oh, and also ignoring the default last name that Awakening gives a human Warden-Commander.!<

Does this make sense to anyone else? I think this could be a fun way to make the Warden-Commander an interesting character that has presence in the story still, but if there's some lore thing I'm missing then I can always try another idea.

I've found some that claim to give all races access to all heads/hairs/horns but surprise, it's just elves humans and tieflings (and githyanki for some reason, but that doesn't work anyways). anybody have an suggestions for mods that will let half-orcs have tiefling horns?

Usually when a picture is too big, it'll give me the size requirements, but it's this instead. But it's also not bigger, it's 1900 x 2100, well within the size requirement. All that's different from my current photo is that this version is black and white. So what gives?

I recently introduced my friends to the game, and while I have both Vol 1 and Vol 2 (saving up for the marvel chests), they don't have any characters to play with by themselves. Today, they went into a game store and found Alchemist and the Unchained set and bought them, thinking Vault Witch was a Hero to play like the others. Would they be able to use Vault Witch as a hero, or does she not really work for pvp stuff like that and would need to get another hero to actually have a game
