So much fun with this one. So many pokemon that ended up with great color schemes. Ended up choosing my favorites.

Mudkip was my starter and found Anorith first, then Tropius and Cyndaquil. Beldum and Trapinch were eggs I got later on when I saw how cool their fully evolved forms are.

Honestly, Tropius was my MVP, the glue that held the team together. With Drought, I could guard against water attacks and Swampert could use one-turn Solar Beams.

So much fun coming back to this game

I bought this game when it came out, played an incredible amount of it, and then eventually moved on. Y was the first pokemon game I found out the timer maxed out at 999:59.

I really like how this game looks and plays (My only gripe is the silly Sky Battles influencing all the relevant pokemon to be perma-flying. I miss Colosseum era Salamence)
There's so much to see and I like how the routes aren't 100% straightforward. Lot of niches to explore.
All the battle options are excellent.

I turned off the XP share the moment I got it, only turning it back on when I had Bagon, Skiddo, and Tentacool who needed to catch up with Lunatone and Kangaskhan.

Wanted to run a team of both ones I really like and ones I hadn't used in a while. My main rule was I wanted to catch everyone in my favorite ball, the Dive Ball. It was slow going because the run didn't really start until I could start trading for dive balls daily and then later unlocked the poke ball shop.
Was aiming for Lunatone being my first official teammember, but I stumbled across Kangaskhan and forgot she was in the Glimmering Caves too.

I was trying to figure out what one I'd catch for my flier, nearly settled on Starly, but realized Bagon was available early. Which is pretty awesome, though I had to rely on a random Hawlucha to fly for bit.

Kinda thought about catching my own Lapras, but didn't realize it was a 1% chance to find and after the tenth Tentacool, I was like "y'know, I haven't used one in a single player run in forever".
My favorite moment with him was fighting Clemont and Tentacool managed to come in and get some XP that got him to level 30, but fainted soon after. After the fight he still evolved and went on to basically solo Valerie.

Wanted a Litwick with Flame Body for egg-hatching later, but the wild ones in Lost Hotel were rare to find, so I bred one.

I fully trained everyone in Super Training, but couldn't help but notice nobody really took physical hits that great. Comically, basically everyone except Gogoat had single digit IVs in Defense. Specifically my Salamence had 0 defense IVs. At least she has Intimidate to soften the blow. She did manage to live an Outrage from Lysander's Mega Gyarados by the skin of her teeth and KO it back. Really lived up to her name.
Also amusingly, she and Chandelure had an arms race against Siebold's Gyarados who was determinted to Dragon Dance and I kept Intimidating him and trying to burn him.

I lost my old 3DS a few years ago, so somewhere out there is my maxed out Y cart that's bursting with pokemon I hatched.

Since I have a new 3DS, got a new friend code, so I'm definitely looking for more friend safaris.

Heavy Bolter, my Beloved

I really dig the new random perks for siege. Did this before I had to go to work and ended up getting the +25% damage to Extremis, then the +75% damage to distant enemies. I was using the +damage heavy bolter and it was a thing of beauty to watch Chaos emerge from their portals, and get promptly mowed down.
My only concern was just buying more ammo.

The Crimson Vow

Name: Crimson Vow

Founding: Unknown

Allegiance: Imperium of Man

Warcry: Remembrance! Restraint! Resolve!

Icon: Three-pronged gold trident

Colors: Crimson, gold, black, and white

Size: 9 Companies

Chapter Master: High Centurion Ardan Velas, First of the Severed.
Current master of the Crimson Vow and the warrior most responsible for shaping the Chapter’s identity. Once a Line-Master, Velas rose to prominence after he was the first among his brothers to step forward and draw The Stillpoint from its pedestal deep within a long-abandoned Dark Age of Technology vault. The ancient trident became a unifying symbol for the struggling band of warriors, and under Velas’ leadership they were forged into something greater.

Homeworld: None (Fleet-based)
The Chapter draws recruits from worlds they patrol.

Fortress Monastery: The Remnant Voice
An Apocalypse-class warship found in a forgotten ship graveyard orbiting a gas giant the chapter named "The Grave Halo". The ancient warship's engines are damaged beyond repair, yet its reactor remains strong. There are no signs of the original crew or what caused the blackened ship's fate.

Sanctuary System: The Helicaris Drift
An uninhabited system beyond Imperial space. Thasian Veleth first spoke of the Helicaris Drift after recurring dreams of twin stars beyond a silent graveyard of drifting wrecks. When brought before the other Echo Bearers, each revealed they had witnessed similar visions. High Centurion Ardan Velas allowed the Librarians to pursue the visions, and under their guidance the Crimson Vow passed safely through hidden Warp routes into the Drift.

Culture Doctrine: The Silence Between Breaths
Every breath is a chance to master the self. Through discipline, all foes may be overcome.

Ground Doctrine: Precision strikes with small teams. If greater force is needed, armored assault is deployed. The chapter favors multiple concentrated attacks to keep the enemy off balance.

Void Doctrine: Layered, tactical volleys, coordinated boarding actions, and preservation-focused tactics. Their fleet is ancient and difficult to replace, and every vessel is treated as a relic of the Chapter’s history. When one of their ships faces destruction, the Chapter fights with relentless determination to either preserve it or ensure it meets a worthy end.

Notable Characters:
Atrax the Unmourned
Sole survivor discovered in stasis aboard the barren Remnant Voice. The War Hound Contemptor Dreadnought was unaware of what happened to the rest of the crew. He swore an oath of friendship to the chapter, but refused to take the Vow. He remains in the old War Hound colors, but with a black mark painted over the icon. Armed with twin-linked heavy bolters and a power fist.

Ancient Orrik Varos
Oldest Dreadnought in the chapter. Hull is modified to be a "Siege pattern" Contemptor with heavier front paneling, a multi-melta, and drill claw. Former Devastator Optio who was badly wounded after holding a hill while waiting for reinforcements. He remembers the dark times before Ardan rose to command.

Bastion Sevrak, the Vowbound
Chapter Champion of the Crimson Vow. Standing a full head taller than his brothers, Sevrak was once a Steadfast Optio who chose to make a final stand against an Ork assault, buying the Chapter’s command staff time to evacuate thousands of civilians. Believed to be dead after the battle, Pale Hands were dispatched to recover his gene-seed. Instead, they found him still standing amidst the ruins, wounded and battered, and leaning heavily upon the remains of his shattered chainblade. Upon taking the mantle of the Vowbound, he swore an oath of silence and cast aside the name he once carried, becoming Bastion Sevrak.

Isten Marr, the First Warden
One of the few Chaplains within the lost Expeditionary Fleet. When battle descended into chaos upon Drosvenn, he became the singular voice of reason. The full measure of his will was brought to bear in rallying the survivors and restoring order. As both judge and guardian of the Chapter, it is said he could halt an argument with a glance and silence a room with a single word. Clad in black Mark II armor and crimson robes bearing the names of the fallen, Marr remains a living link to the Chapter's earliest days and the oath that forged it.

Thasian Veleth, Seer of Echoes
After a devastating strike incapacitated the Master of the Fleet, Librarian Thasian Veleth assumed command, utilizing his gift of foresight to direct the War Hounds vessels above Drosvenn. His guidance allowed the fleet to recover from the ambush and mount a successful counterattack, preserving many of the survivors and vessels that would go on to serve the chapter. Years later, Veleth dreamed of twin stars and a drifting graveyard. He pondered these visions before bringing them before the other Echo Bearers, who shared similar portents. With Ardan's blessing, he led an expedition into the void and discovered the Helicaris Drift. There he charted the safe passages into the system and established the sanctuary that would shelter the Crimson Vow. He is clad in blue Mark IV armor with white robes and bears a metal staff as a symbol of his office.

Sons of Calth [Redux] (Art by me)

Homebrew chapter by: u/Adorable-Fact-6049
I posted this months ago, but if I may be honest, my full time job was getting in the way and I had barely any free time. I posted the art so it wouldn't get buried in my computer, but I wasn't completely happy with it. So I returned to it to touch it up and make it nicer. I hope you guys like this version!

I really love Mega Emboar. I liked Emboar before, but now he's got an even cooler design. Not to mention finally getting Drain Punch, so he's tankier than ever. He ate a High Horsepower from a Mamoswine in the previous match and lived, only to punch the mammoth and return to the green.
