edit : solved, the culprit was the chud micro usb cable that had a dent in it so it didn't work

basically on my tv the dns switches to default and then switches back over and over again so it can't block ads

i got to the wifi settings on my tv disabled ipv6 and set my dns to next dns's ip and it doesn't filter
