Found this sub and thought it was funny and wanted to share my close call story a few months ago 😂

My two little brothers got on it 12 and 18 and I attempted to spin it as fast as humanly possible, I got this thing really spinning, But unlike the image the one we were using was not round it was more jagged and square and was not this low to the ground.

After getting it as fast as possible my 18 Y/O brother said surely that's not the fastest I can make it. And so I took the bait one more push with all my strength losing all awareness Smashhh... Straight into my knee collapsed immediately and was in insufferable pain for awhile then my knee went numb.

Hospital next morning when I legit could not move it pulled all the muscles in and around my knee, deep tissue bruising and a bone bruise.

but not broken 🥳

200 grams of chicken 330 calories 62g protein

Tin of Red Kidney Beans​​ 240 calories 18g protein

Tin of diced tomatoes 124 calouries 3g protein

And a few spices

Only 700 calories total.

Homemade Pizza (I know probably doesn't help...)

So I've been really struggling lately with the idea of weight loss.

For my entire life I've been the bigger kid at just 15 I was around 90kgs, I'm now 23 and weigh 128kgs and am 5'9", I know Dieting is like the go to way to lose weight but I just can't. Despite what you may think I'm actually a pretty active guy.

I walk to work and back, my job itself​​​ (cleaning) is very physical but I just can't seem to lose weight through exercise alone.

II try to diet but I'm just always hungry, I try to compensate a light diet by doing extra physical activity but it just makes me more hungry.

I do roughly 18k-25k step​s per day and even went to the gym for about a year and managed to get down to around 110kg but the weight came back after a 6 month break due to personal issues.

My legs are super muscular and have barely any fat and my forearms are quite thin aswell making my body weirdly shaped as my stomach is huge even my chest is rather lean compared.

The main issue for why I struggle with dieting is because I am a sole caregiver for my sick mother meaning I do all the cooking for her and myself and I find it hard to skip meals or eat less when I have to make her food leading me to end up eating alot​​. ​​

I don't blame my mother because I should focus on self control but man it's hard...​​

Another small thing that adds to this is my girlfriend loves to eat out a lot and I try to restrain myself but whenever she eats something that's looks good I just can't help myself she is much better at dieting andand restricting herself than I am...

I just seemingly never feel full I could eat 3 entire pizzas in one sitting and only then would I start to feel full.

Her quirk Arm Hardening, she can harden herself like her dad but only on the arms she has better endurance though as she doesn't run out of energy while having them in a hardened state, plus her arms are much tougher than Kirishima's (at this age)

Personally really like some of my newer ones

Dont have a name or anything yet only the quirk and some of the physical limitations it brings would like ideas as to hero names or costume designs.

He quirk is called Jellyfish, she looks like a jellyfish and possess's abilities of jellyfish and limitations of a jellyfish as well.

List of Abilities:

She can regenerate from injuries (head injuries can be harder to heal from)

She has a large amount of tentacles she can extend and use as limbs, she can also send electricity through them whenever she pleases

She has 360 degree vision.

Side effects:

She is incapable of speaking or even screaming, she has no organs capable of producing sound.

Her hearing is severely stunted it sounds like she is trying to listen underwater.

Saw a post saying not many people make Heteromorphs so thought I'd make a post showcasing mine, technically all these are heteromorphs even if the change is simple like Boiling Point where his skin is red or like Queen Nature where she has pointy ears.

What heteromorphs characters have you all made?

Currently been working on the top 15 Heroes of America this is 13.
