For QCitizens na PLHIV PWD holders, nasa list ba kayo ng payout for Social Welfare Payout? (SWA). Nagcheck ako pero wala yung name ko sa list.

Nag reach out ako sa QC PDAO and maghintay daw at magoopen sila ng registration link for PWDs ang kaso may petsa na naka indicate sa payout and wala din naman silang registration link na pinost sa page bago nirelease yung master list kaya I'm thinking, pano yung naging selection process for eligibility?

An hour ago, I made a 50k trxn online and after 5 minutes I got a call from a landline number, caller mentioned he's from rcbc fraud team and he's just verifying if the trxn was really made by me. I had large trnxns using my BDO and BPI cards before but I never got a verification call like this.
