M/21/6’3” [265lbs to 198lbs] (16 months) - 6 month only weight loss + 10 month gym.

First 6 months I was only focusing on cutting down the weight and only after that I started going to the gym.

Wish I started lifting weights at the same time I decided I start losing fat.

How much calorie for these 3 bullshit I bought from Tesco ?

1st pistachio filled doughnut
my estimate: 330kcal

2nd cottage cheese filled pastry
my estimate: 400kcal

3rd poppy seed pastry puff
my estimate: 450kcal

I ate 550g pork meat and a scoop of protein to make sure I hit my numbers regardless these.

M/21/6’3” [203lbs to 203lbs] (9 months) Not recomp!

I had a messy past 9 months in terms of bodyweight and trying to figure out my diet so I was all over the place up to 225lbs at one point. Then I went down to 210lbs. Then again back to 220lbs. Now I finally locked in on the cut and want to get to 12% to start a clean lean bulk.

Couldn’t decide if I want to cut or bulk so far but now I’m locked in.
