I graduated with BSc IT degree and finding it hard to find my field job, I know my resume isn’t exceptional so I have to do certifications and projects to upskill myself. However, I still need some kind of part time job to pay my loans and bills I have two years of experience in retail and still finding it hard to get interview for exact same position now. It feels mentally exhausting everyday to see no progress whatsoever so I need some staffing agency recommendations to see if atleast they can provide help

Hey guys so I recently ported from Koodo to Telus, I am trying to connect my card to get the pre authorized payment discount but it never connects. Keeps saying something is wrong try again later anyone faced this before and knew how to fix it? I tried to connect both the credit and debit manually nothing works

I know your skills and experience ultimately decide whether you get interview or not. But some websites yield no results(ex indeed) even when you have a strong resume, so what are some job board/websites that you think post somewhat legitimate openings/positions?

I recently graduated as an bachelor's of Science degree majoring in Information technology. To be very honest my current resume isn't that strong, I only have projects that I did for my university courses and only one internship experience. I know both certifications and projects are crucial, but I wanted to get hired in January and I could only focus on either one of them fully. So should I spend my time building projects in these 4 months or get certifications first? I am trying to get job in the data analyst or web developer domain...

I work at Canadian based Delivery station site, I was wondering about becoming safety team member in the future, so I was wondering how to get into it. Do we need a specialized degree or any safety certification course is enough??

Hey guys I've been living in Canada for more than a decade, so don't know much about Tamilnadu audience taste and expectations. I just now finished watching the movie in my city and pretty much 80-90% audience liked the movie, but collection la tamilnadu is lagging behind other areas. What's your take on this?

For me flour based items(pizza, pasta and bread...) were my biggest triggers, I believe this applies for many people here as well, so I am slowly cutting it from my diet. But I have also heard that diary also spikes up the sebderm? It's hard to believe it, and also it's hard to replace it for me because I take alot of Greek yogurt and cheese for protein.

It was working few hours before, but now it just stays at loading screen I even tried updating the app, so wondering if I was the only one facing the issue or anyone else as well?

As the title says, I am very disappointed with the new onsite HR at my site. Every time I ask for some doubt he gives a vague response and often suggests to create a case on the myHR app to get a detailed and accurate response. I am wondering if anyone else feel the same about your onsite HR's like me

I was originally hired for part time seasonal and the timings were seasonal (1.20-6.50am). I was not disappointed at first because I was only able to work 20hrs week and maybe some VETs. I learned that shift name is same day delivery or SSD in short, basically we sort and process packages for the amazon flex drivers (car), but after a month I started to really like the shift because 90% of the times everything ran smooth our headcount was adequate and the stowing process was also not that hard. However since January they completely removed the shift, because at our site one of the FC has begin to do the SSD themselves so we completely stopped doing them. I completely miss that shift, because it was so much better than cycle1, you don't to have to hit 300 stow rates consistently, the pick and stage was also calm and light. So I am just wondering if any of your site's have this schedule still?.

Edit: Now I am a blue badge flex I can either pick full shift (1.20-11.30), part shift (1.20-8.30) or pick and stage (8.30-11.30). I hate every single one of them.

1. Full shift is so physically demanding.
2. Part shift is pretty useless since you don't get overtime pay.
3. Cycle1 Pick and stage is back breaking task.

So all these time our site had the traditional conveyor and pick to buffers, but yesterday our site lead told us we are going to fully switch to ADTA before the peak comes. So those who have it in their sites do you guys like it or hate it? What's the reason?

Edit: just read all the comments, now I get why my site is switching lol. Already our site's management has went downhill for past few months (every single day they were running the site below the headcount and making pick and stage process so rushed), I gotta lock in my get my @$$ outta here soon😔😔
