Apparently from today onwards we can see our coaching/write ups, if we get any.

I was hired as SSD seasonal worker last May and my shift was from 1.20~6.50 am I worked this for 7 month before becoming permanent. During those time I will start feeling tired around 5.30am but I will somehow manage to control my sleep. Now I am a permanent flex, and there is not a alot of morning -afternoon-evening shifts, mostly they only post cycle1 (1.20-11.50) however this shift is insanely hard to do for me, because like before I'm starting to feel tired after my first break and unlike SSD I have to stay awake till 11.30. So controlling sleep for additional 5hrs is excruciating. Those who do full shifts, when do you sleep so that you don't feel tired??
