People are always taking up 3-person space across left to right, and some walk on their right. And they walk slow. Not only that blocking the behind people, it also disrupt the oncoming people. Because you taking up the right side, the oncoming have to go to your left, then you may have to go to your right to avoid collision, and that's just you and the that 1 oncoming person, there's more behind that person and you.

And CB, please stop looking at your phone and walk slowly blocking the way. Human are bad at multitasking, so please stop that.

Long long time ago, about 20 years ago, I've tasted a very good Chicken cutlet with curry rice in Chai Chee. Back then, I wasn't a foodie, didn't document it, didn't crave so much and keep going back. But today I watched a fried chicken and curry video and that brings me back. The smokers did something wrong and all come out to support the wrong ones. 'Kayoh' & 'mind your own business' are the common comments. Some racists ones will say, 'type C also burn paper'. Some stupid ones even compare it to cars exhaust. Well, then we continue to drive and ride the bus while you go find a donkey then. Transport is essential, not smoking, bodoh. If smoke doesn't affect anyone, then why is there law? Why people complain? Because 2nd hand smoke and it's affecting people.

And when it rains, whole of Singapore void deck, sheltered areas are infested with them. Using the rain as an excuse to smoke at non-smoking area. Then when we're angry, we can hit someone as an excuse?

Littering is already a uncivilised act. Let alone littering near the stairs where people or old people may accidentally stepped on. Reported smoking and littering matters many times but it didn't work. What? Then you pick up la, post can solve problem? I've already throw it away or sometimes the item is huge, I'd push it to the side. If people litter at the side or near the bin, I can close an eye. But this is too dangerous for the public.

Has the law changed? I thought only schools and hospitals have such regulations. Saw this at Toa Payoh void deck.
