Maklerverhalten normal?

Hallo Schwarm, wir sind gerade dabei uns eine Immobilie im weiteren Speckgürtel einer Großstadt anzuschauen. Reihenendhaus, Flachdach, 100qm, 400T€.

Zustand: der beliebte Diamant im Rohzustand.

Keller riecht, angeblich trocken, vom Vorbesitzer sind noch diese Entfeuchter Salzsäcke sichtbar. Hebeanlage verbaut. Von Öl auf Gas umgestellt. Strom zweiadrig, alter Sicherungskasten.

Makler will ein Bieterverfahren vermeiden. Interessenten sollen ein Gebot abgeben. Jetzt will ich ein Gebot abgeben von 350, aber wenn jemand mehr bietet, dann bin ich sofort raus? Gibt es Gründe für sowas oder will man Käufer nur unter Druck setzen kein niedriges Angebot abzugeben?

Als Kunde plant man schon Puffer ein, aber die DB.... die killt mich.

Ankunft in Wesel nach Plan 9:15

DB Nav sagt Verspätung.

Google Maps sagt Verspätung.

Ankunft in Wesel, keine Beschilderung.

Bahnsteig runter. Mehrere Leute fragen nach Ersatzbusse. Ich geh mit. Keine Schilder.

Jemand erspäht ein Schild an ner Bushaltestelle.

Mitarbeiter von einem Unternehmen da.

"Der Bus ist gerade weg, der nächste in ner Stunde, weil Navigator sagt Bahn ist pünktlich".

Dude, du siehst von der Haltestelle die Bahn.

In der App zeigt es Verspätung an.

Ihr könnt keine scheisse 5min warten.

Ist es das womit die DB punkten will?

Verdienen sich die Vorstände damit ihre Boni?

Ich fahr so selten lange Strecken mit der DB, aber JEDESMAL läuft es scheisse. JEDES FUCKING MAL! Dann denk ich mir am Tag schon vorher - diesmal läufts besser - Wahrscheinlichkeit usw. Es ist wahrscheinlicher das es nicht funktioniert.

All the stuff you got when becoming affiliated is now for free.

I havent read thru it, but I guess there must be some kind of hook to it. Reading thru the comments, I picked up that twitch wants to play out ads on every stream (nothing new), so if you arent afiliate, but will use the perks of affiliate it will automatically enable ads on your stream?

Also, using the perks, you make money, but you dont get payed out unless you are affiliated?

It gets weirder with every update.

Mahlzeit in die Runde. In zwei Wochen geht's für nen kurzen Urlaub nach KOS. Sitzplatz Reservierung kostet 51€ für 3. Sind Airlines so dreist und setzen Familien auseinander, um auch den letzten Euro rauszuquetschen?
