One random dude's opinion on why the Lenovo Googlebook 15 is the best Googlebook option (from what we know so far)

Why it's better than all of the other models:

Why it's better than the Acer Googlebook 14 in particular:

  • Face unlock
  • Better sound system specs
  • Larger selection of ports
  • Includes a haptic trackpad

Why it's better than the Asus Googlebook 14 in particular:

Why it's better than the Dell XPS Googlebook in particular:

  • Face unlock
  • Better sound system specs
  • Larger selection of ports
  • Includes a haptic trackpad
  • OLED screen

Why it's better than the HP Googlebook 14 in particular:

I'll acknowledge that the HP and Dell options that have the Snapdragon processors have a slight advantage, but it's not like they're massive differences that set them apart in my opinion.  The base processing power / RAM are all pretty much in line in my book.  Additionally, I understand that all of the other 4 devices have a smaller / more portable form factor, but the reality is that size / weight of all of these devices are really, really good compared to the average laptop.  Obviously people have different needs and therefore have different priorities, and I respect that.  Again, this is just one random dude's opinion ;) Have a great day!

Current manufacturer cash back deals on Googlebooks via Rakuten (including 8% cash back at Lenovo + $50 back for new Rakuten users)

The other day I posted in r/Googlebook how I got 4% cash back on my Lenovo Googlebook 15 pre-order at Best Buy via Rakuten (a very reliable, popular, and well known website).

I also shared that if you've never used Rakuten before new users can also get an additional $50 cash back using this referral link; that offer from Rakuten ends on Sept. 30th: www.rakuten.com/r/RYANJ1?eeid=28187

I also wanted to share the current Googlebook manufacturer cash back deals via Rakuten:

Lenovo: 8% cash back

Acer: 2% cash back

Asus: 2% cash back

HP: 1% cash back

Dell: (It doesn't appear that pre-orders qualify)

Hopefully this doesn't violate any policies in this sub; I'm just trying to spread the savings love with my fellow new Googlebook owners. Have a great day ☀️

The Flubs are now behind the red hot Phillies and can hear the footsteps of the Diamondbacks, Padres, Marlins, Cardinals, & Pirates...

Just had an amazing visit but here are two notes from a cranky older man:

  1. If you're scanning in for your Lightning Lane check in, please have your MagicBand on, or have your app open and your barcode(s) ready to go. If you're not ready, step aside or out of line so the rest of us that are ready can scan in quickly and get to the magic.

  2. I love kids, but I don't love your kids constantly running into me in line. Please be aware of what your kids are doing in line and teach them to respect the space of those around them, just like we do for them.

Thank you 🙏

"Shrinkflation" is strangely becoming the single best weapon in the war on obesity with prohibitively higher prices and smaller portion sizes / calorie counts... it's altering what consumers can buy / eat

This must be the reason why they needed that funding for the upcoming $39 billion in orders

I'm calling it for Wednesday

I'm calling it: On Wed. "cannabis whisperer" / Trump supporter / Trulieve CEO Kim Rivers rings the opening bell, gives well earned credit to President Trump for rescheduling medical cannabis, he graciously accepts credit and shouts out her and Trulieve / TCNNF / TRLV on social media which results in a moonshot helping all cannabis tickers with Trulieve also leaving them in the dust 🚀🚀🚀

MSOS holding TSNDF just reported a profitable 1st quarter

The continued cash flow and margin expansion provide a strong case that the company is well-prepared to benefit from the upcoming shift to Schedule III, which would significantly lower their tax burden and further boost their bottom line.
