Does the rank-up effect for "Rank-Up Magic: Quick Chaos" act like a name search effect?

As a reminder, the effect in question is written:

>Target 1 "Number" Xyz Monster you control, except a "Number C" monster; Special Summon from your Extra Deck, 1 "Number C" monster with the same number in its name as that target, but 1 Rank higher, by using it as the Xyz Material.

Would that mean that you could summon, as an example, Number 58 off of Number 8 (ignoring the rank requirement for the sake of argument), as the number in the target's name is contained within the summoned monster's name (or in other words, it has the same number in its name as the target)?

I just realized that, depending on how you define a loop, the Longest Game Ever version might ironically have one of the functionally shortest boards

Do you define a loop as passing (including/not including corners):

  • Every individual space (red, 96/88)?
  • Go (green, 46/42->50/46)?
  • Every unique* non-corner space (blue, 33/30->34/31->29/27)?
    • *Card spaces are counted up to three times.

For reference, base Monopoly has 40/36 spaces, Monopoly Speed has 32/28, and (at the risk of getting this post taken down) the physical Monopoly Go has 28/24 total per board.

Also, if you're wondering why I didn't include a corner-inclusive "every unique* space" listing, it seems they're treated differently than the normal spaces, judging by there only being double the amount of corners here compared to the other spaces getting roughly triple. That said, all you'd need to do is take Green, and move six spaces from the first loop to the second, giving us 40/36->56/52. Coincidentally, that lines up the first loop with the number of spaces in base Monopoly.

The best controller for this game is the Virtual Boy's

Simply put, it's because of the second d-pad. The stick is functional, but just a bit too loose (it feels like the input ranges are only 60 degrees wide instead of 90?), enough for some tricks to not go through or happen on accident or by waggling. This shouldn't be the case here, especially since the tricks are mostly series of single direction presses

[TFH] Headcanon: the other two Links are alternate multiverse versions {or conjured spirits}

Even if we don't take the language used as 100% accurate, concepts at least similar to online, local and download multiplayer are canon. There is a developer statement saying something about their only being one true Link who went through ALBW, but from the others' pov, they're that Link; the exception to that being the "downloaded" ones, who don't have a Hytopia to return to, nor can use all the outfits (or so I've heard).

This would mean Hytopia has one of the most advanced forms of magic in any world, and they, and everyone else, don't know it

The Village and Dartling are the hardest towers to make into Paragons (for entirely opposite reasons)

Let's think about what being a Paragon entails first. They're collectives of all, or at the very least most of the attributes that the tower has with all of its upgrades, with a boost in what those are, with the best among those being the ones whose different path upgrades synergise with each other.

I would like to bring attention to a key word in that: attributes. Generally, even if the tower changes their attack, it's just a couple tweaks with the numbers, maybe an extra bonus, with a meaningless (for the purposes of this discussion) cosmetic difference. The Dartling, however, has a completely different method of attacking between its T4+s. The middle path has the projectiles become explosive, but pierceless, the bottom path fires in spurts rather than one after the other rapidly, and the real problem is the top path which just has a long aoe. It could be removed, but it's definitely better we don't have another Engigon, so something else will need to be done with it.

And then for the Village, it's actually easy to imagine putting all its upgrades onto one tower. The problem is that that's pretty much all it would be. Remember that the most boring Paragons have upgrade paths that don't synergise with each other? Most of this guy's paths don't synergise and barely evolve within themselves! And even without that, what would there even be to do for this that the Ultimate Crosspathing mod couldn't? Global range. Permanent Homeland. Primary buffs applying to all towers. And an improvement to the weapon and maybe the Monkeyopolis?... That's kinda it.

I'd just like to share this double-logic rule I found on a subreddit

The way I see it, if the artwork is actually stolen, then saying it can't be sourced is simply wrong, and if it can't be sourced, what's your proof that it's stolen? Also, slide 2

Loose projectiles and aoe should affect camo bloons (image semi-related)

Just because a monkey can't see camo bloons doesn't mean the attacks shouldn't affect them

Is simultaneous use of different controllers allowed for games that support them?

As an example, a mouse and left Nintendo Switch Joy-Con (to make it easier on my hand) for PC shooters that support gamepads?

Question to anyone crying about data centers: how many of y'all actually know what they are?

Or "do you know what actually makes one?" if that makes the question clearer
