It’s the daemon prince sword, using some infernal razors kits for the glowy bit under the sword and will connect some tubes after it all settles later. I’m gunna attempt shoulder cape next for his empty hand, think Cavalier kinda cape. Wish me luck or curse me, I’ll see how it goes either way tomorrow.
If anyone cares about useless lore I made up for them, I call em The Nivalem, mostly cause it’s fun to say to me also because it’s Latin for winter/snow and I just took the end of golem so it’s a snow golem xd.
I don’t exactly play the game much yet, but I do like to make my models interesting and was wondering if I should bother with a plane like this, I do plan on bringing a minimum of 6 to a tourney some time, hence the question. I do know that I don’t plan on necessarily glueing the stands to the planes for transport, and the plan on the side looks objectively cooler in my eyes.
Technically an Evil Sunz cause the cape is red, but wanted to see how viable a cel shaded ork army was, increasing the comic year by whatever I feel like will make it easier or cooler. Like using first edition Batman kind of cel shading for boyz with like 1 solid color with a lot of black shading.
Love the orks but hadn’t painted one yet, I have changed this previous flaw in my character. Last 2 images were of work in progress pics, fluo paint is fun to use with cel-shading style.
I’ve made a normal one, and a slightly less normal mace bull so far, wanted to get a bit more unique for this one. I wouldn’t say it’s the easiest thing in the world to do, but if you have a spare bombard cannon, some greenstuff, and a lot of patience it’s very doable. The last image is just the ends of 5 infernal razers flame hurlers that I’ll probably find a way to fit into the last gun bull for my list.
I admit I was a bit excessive with this model, but that’s why I collect EC. I haven’t the slightest clue what to name them yet, but I love them so much. They are going to be a inverse of my schemes main colors because of how much flesh, but man I love making models into their own things.
Having fun with some HZD inspiration for them, but they are fun to express my creativity, but jeez does it take a while to build this all up. At least I can take solace in knowing this faction will get me into the playing the game with a fully painted army quicker than some of my other projects.
This was… time consuming to say the least, but nothing less than exactly what I want them to be. Have a lot of fun extra bits from the snake legs so I’m gunna make my 2nd demon prince even more insane than my first EC one.
Wanted to share part of my first spearhead I’ve ever completed for AoS in light of the new models. I have no regrets for these old guys and the blood bowl ogres team I got, but I just love the new models as well! Scrappglutt is actually fun to play now, so I’ll have to see what actually happens to it :(. The last 3 pictures are what happens when I have to make a model for a unit that doesn’t have a model available yet (Gregori Gula)for trench crusade, and I mostly used the left over ogre pieces, he’s my first ever kit bash from a bit ago as well, and wanted to share the horror inflicted upon others with him. But man I really got into warhammer at the right time to get back to back releases of some of my favorite old world lads in AoS of chorfs and ogres. Some might be mad about stuff like scrappglutt even being sold, but I can’t be mad about how much fun I had with these lads, besides the shoulder shield falling off every time they were used without fail. Sorry for the length of the text I just wanted to express my feelings for the faction, it isn’t over til it’s ogor or something.

There’s a lil spider and web under a roof that’s right above the bottom cannon, you’ll never see it realistically, but I love it, this is the best model I’ve ever seen GW make.
