When I’m doing quests, I don’t see any button to return to town once I get into a safe zone. Why is this?

Why did Clark turn bad? How did he escape that room with the girlfriend, how did the backrooms copy the store exactly, how did it copy the therapist building? What was the deal with all the scientists , why were they watching that room? Why didn’t we see the creepy monster? I feel that would’ve been cool
Every time I try, the bridge disappears 00000.1 seconds away from the rail, yes I know it’s for a koco but this rail bridge thing seems to be impossible with the spike balls, is there an easier way to do this?
