Purchased these 2 from mortal through superbuy. i had bought the detailed inspection for both of these and they’ve come back highlighting these two issues with the ring. with the cemetery there’s a slight coating problem, and with the floral it’s a smooth texture rather than the picture he uses in ad. are both of these normal, or should i ask for another piece instead?

i had purchased an LG monitor on noon (yes i’m aware of their reputation on this sub, so i would appreciate serious advice) and after a month of using it, a vertical line had appeared on the screen. i took it al yousuf in qusais who are their authorised service center. took them a couple of weeks but they did end up replacing the screen entirely. opened it to test it out again only to find there was a new issue, another line appearing but not so apparent and obvious as the first one. gave it back to the service center but now they are claiming they can not find any issues with the monitor. i had them arrange for an on site inspection where the technician himself visited my house and confirmed the issue himself. now after two weeks of them having the monitor, i had to message them requesting for an update only for them to repeat the same thing, that they can not find any issues with the monitor, despite their own technician confirming the defect. i just want to know from anyone who is experienced in this matter, what are the next steps i can take to get a refund, as this was purchased from noon. thank you
