URGENT UPDATE - Akram is in a really bad spot right now. His daughter Arij suffers from cerebal atrophy which severely affects her ability to function and causes her to suffer seizures.

Currently, Arij is undergoing physiotherapy to manage her condition and improve her physical function - without it her condition would worsen.
