Kenji’s Meatloaf Recipe?

Hello,

Has anyone made Kenji’s meatloaf? Need to bring something impressive to a potluck, and was thinking of going with his meatloaf. My concern is that it does have a decent number of ingredients, and I don’t have a food processor.

I do have a vitamix, but I know they work quite differently.

• [Hoop Informatics] Front offices originally worked under the assumption that the NBA salary cap would rise the max 10% to $228 million in 2029-30. Now they’re projected to have $35m less than expected that season. Production per dollar has become one of the most important stats in the league.

NIU Repair Process?

So I've had the NIU - KQi3 Pro for a little over a year. I got it from best buy, and bought the best buy geek squad protection.

So lately, it's been making clicking sounds sometimes when I break, as well as making clicking sounds when I accelerate, and sometimes just randomly when I'm riding. Breaks haven't being as strong as before.

So I think it needs to be fixed.

Wondering if anyone has been through the NIU repair process or the geek squad process either?
