We are getting closer to terminal release I am gonna see some good stuff from kirkman,casey,and finch X-men meets walking dead I do like the protagonist team and antagonist teams with their monster designs so far can't wait to see it.

every superhero has a lot of dark opposites how evil they are varies but the effect is there. Superman has bizzaro,ultraman,cyborg superman,and zod,the flashes has the reverse flashes and other evil speeders,etc.

Spawn does have a lot of them So here a list of evil counterparts in Spawn not just for al simmons but for others like haunt.

• Billy Kincaid was the first hellspawn villain in the series unlike Al who became a hellspawn who just wants to atone,kincaid still chooses to be evil.
• Cogliostro/Sinn was the former mentor of Spawn who turned out to be the first murderder and betrays spawn for power.
• The Redeemers were created by heaven to combat hellspawns.Though most of them aren't all evil just misguided.
• The First Redeemer was Jason Wynn Al's former boss who sent him to hell and was brfiely the first Anti-Spwn but loses as he was too impure.Later he would become Disruptor using psychoplasum from hell still doing evil deeds.
• The 2nd was Phil Timper who was a reformed and later becomes the redeemer being more loyal to heaven despite being zealous.
• the 3rd and most prominent redeemer Eddie Frank was a child abused by his father and later grows to resent spawn for not helping him used as a redeemer but unlike the other two above, he turned into an ally and joins the scorched.
• The Disciple a predecessor to the redeemer.
• The Dark Redeemer aka Forsaken is this to the previous Redeemer Eddie Frank since he is Abel who was betrayed by his brother tortured by heaven seeking vengeance and siding with demons to get it.
• Morana is a female hellspawn who was raised to be a weapon for hell by Mammon.
• Nyx herself was the first she-spawn and later becomes queen of hell being corrupted by the throne of hell.
• Necro Cop a cyber clone of Al Simmons born from his capes and some of his vicitms
• Omega Spawn a older hellspawn who became a galactic conquer.
• Plague Spawn the prototype hellspawn
• Raven Spawn a former death knight of Malebolgia that Al Simmons fought in hellspawn and king spawn.
• Nightmare Spawn a nightmare weaver.
• Nordik the Viking hellspawn.
• Rue is the evil counterpart to haunt who was a vigilate who turned killer.

These are some of the examples that appeared hoping some like Nightmare Spawn and Nordik get more appearances in the future.

Spawn Fans Need to Read Bloodletter!

Progeny is the heir to malebolgia a hive mind entity that can split into six animals or combine into their true form. Since Peter Cairn's storyline cotiunes in future spawn universe titles i guess progeny can be a major villain in those titles.

Scorched 50 having revealed that Terry died by fusing with plague who takes over his lifeless body and is more intelligent now.

solicitations hinted that a major ally would die and that would be Terry just to boost Plague's place in Spawn's growing rogues with help from mammon.

Dakota debuted in gunslinger issue 3 and she has become a regulator character even showing up in the main spawn series.

her ablities to make dinosaurs and being Violator's daughter it seems she will get focus again in the next arc hoping we get her origins this time. The only other antagonist that comes close to her is theus and i am eager for him to show up too.

I am curious if deadly tales shows a cameo of her too.

Kinda wanna know his name now that he is confirmed to be returning alongside commander Belgic to wrap up their subplots.
