Basta good condition, maayos pa battery, and walang hidden issues. Preferably sana yung seller na puwedeng i-check and test muna yung unit before buying.

To be honest, hindi naman talaga ako mahilig sa phones or gadgets, pero minsan nahihiya na rin akong ilabas yung Android phone ko during meetings or gatherings kasi halos lahat ng kasama ko naka-iPhone. Gusto ko lang din magkaroon ng konting confidence in those situations without spending too much. 😅

If may info kayo sa store or someone near greenfields lang sana. Thanks!

Hi! New lang ako around Greenfield District and naghahanap sana ako ng nearby gym.

Medyo nahihiya kasi ako sa crowded gyms like Anytime Fitness, and ayoko rin muna ma-lock sa 1-year contract. Preferably walking distance or hindi masyadong malayo since hindi pa talaga ako familiar sa area.

May mairerecommend ba kayong gym na may monthly, walk-in, or shorter-term membership? Thank you!

Mangutang ku mu sana nung atin bang byahe ngeni na makalbug from DAU to inter SAMPERNANDU? Salamat nung atin makapagshare info. Mimingat tamu ngan.

Hi everyone! Anyone po na may idea paano byahe from San Fernando, Pampanga Downtown going to SM Megamall? Mga magkano din po budget and ilan po oras byahe if aalis po akong ng 5am?

First time ko kasi magcommute going Manila so wala talaga ako idea.

Hi! Has anyone recently requested their Pag-IBIG MDF at Robinsons Starmills Pampanga?

I’m planning to go there before opening to avoid the long queue, but I’m not sure how early I should arrive. Would 30 minutes before opening be enough, or should I be there an hour or more in advance?

Also, how long did the whole process take for you, including the queue and actual processing?

Would appreciate hearing about your recent experience. Thank you!

Hi everyone! I’d appreciate some advice from people who’ve been renting around Metro Manila.

It’s been around 5 years since I last lived in QC. I eventually moved to the province because of work, but I’m now planning to move back to Metro Manila, particularly around the Ortigas area since my work will be nearby.

For those who’ve been renting for a while, what are some things you wish you knew before renting a unit?

Aside from the monthly rent and utilities, what other expenses should I prepare for? Things like association dues, deposits, parking, internet, maintenance, etc.

Also, based on your experience, is it better to rent a condo or an apartment around Ortigas? What are the pros and cons of each?

Would really appreciate any tips, hidden costs, or things I should watch out for when viewing a unit.

And as a bonus/side dish 😂, how’s the lifestyle for those living around Ortigas? Do you usually just stay in, go out for food, bars/parties, malls, etc.? Is it convenient enough that you rarely need to travel far? Just curious what it’s actually like living there day-to-day, not just the rental side. 😅

Thanks!

Hi everyone! My partner and I are planning to move near SM Megamall since my workplace is just a minute away, while she works remotely.

We’re currently looking for a 1-bedroom condo, preferably furnished or semi-furnished, since we don’t have furniture or appliances yet.

Could anyone recommend which condos or areas we should look into and what budget we should prepare for monthly rent? We’re planning to personally visit the area and inquire directly, so it would really help to know where we should start looking and what rental range is reasonable.

Any recommendations or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

So naghahanap sana ako na pagstayan na may good connection? Ok dn sa coffee shop kaso nakakahiya magstay the whole day?😅

Or baka pwede makahingi ng details at magaapply ako?

If may marecommend po kayo, salamat.

Edit: for long term stay.

I'm planning to move to Manila to look for new opportunities. Currently, my partner and I live with my parents, but we want to try living on our own.

My partner works remotely, so relocating won't be a problem. As for me, I've already resigned from my current company and am currently rendering my notice period. Once we move to Manila, I plan to look for a job nearby since I enjoy working in a corporate environment.

We also go to the gym regularly, so we'd love to live in a condo with a fitness area. Can anyone recommend the most affordable condos near Mall of Asia that have a gym and are in a safe location?

I am just wondering if ganito ba talaga sa lahat ng branches ng AF? or depende sa branch ang hindi ibalik yung plate at sanitize after gumamit ng equipment?

I recently started going to gym this year.

So imagine aalisin mo lahat yun.

Normal ba?

Im 28 y/o operations manager sa isang construction company. So a week ago nagsubmit ako resignation sa current company ko and now rendering nlng ako ng mga company assets, documents and site instructions. I still have less than 3 week to render lahat ng project under my name.

So while nagrerender ako, nagstart na ako noong Saturday magapply or submit ng CV ko sa mga company online and today I received a call from a HR sa isang construction company na specializing sa large scale housing projects.

And if may maadvice pa kayo ano dapat paghandaan ko before my interview tomorrow?

Btw dalawa open nilang position Project Engineer at Project Manager. Im planning to apply as PM.

Do i need to pursue my field or try other opportunities na kahit hindi pasok sa field ko?

Btw, I'm a licensed civil engineer and works as an operations manager for almost 5years na sa construction company. I roughly earn 70k monthly including profit share na ito.

About me? I'm a civil engineer, currently working as operations manager. Earns roughly about 70k monthly (including profit shares).

Looking for: any job offer that can offer more than my current salary. Kahit hindi na related sa field ko as long as mataas offer.

Gusto ko na rin kasi lumipat halos 5 years na rn ako sa company and i think nareach ko na limit ng offer nila.
