Planning to terminate our 1 year contract

Hello po, planning to terminate my 1 year contract kay AF kasi lilipat na ako sa Manila and yung condo unit kasi na nakuhanan ko ay may fitness gym na rin. 7 months palang ako and nanghihinayang lang sana sa monthly kay AF tho need pa rn ata magbayad ng 5k if gusto ko iterminate which is almost 2 month worth of membership din yun.

Ask ko lang sana if may other ways ba para hindi na ako magbayad dun sa pagterminate ng contract?

Expired PRC Renewal and No CPD units

Affordable condo with fitness area and near Mall Of Asia?

I'm planning to move to Manila to look for new opportunities. Currently, my partner and I live with my parents, but we want to try living on our own.

My partner works remotely, so relocating won't be a problem. As for me, I've already resigned from my current company and am currently rendering my notice period. Once we move to Manila, I plan to look for a job nearby since I enjoy working in a corporate environment.

We also go to the gym regularly, so we'd love to live in a condo with a fitness area. Can anyone recommend the most affordable condos near Mall of Asia that have a gym and are in a safe location?

Is it normal thing na hindi magbalik ng plate at sanitize after gamitin ang equipment?

I am just wondering if ganito ba talaga sa lahat ng branches ng AF? or depende sa branch ang hindi ibalik yung plate at sanitize after gumamit ng equipment?

I recently started going to gym this year.

So imagine aalisin mo lahat yun.

Normal ba?

Need advice for my interview tomorrow

Im 28 y/o operations manager sa isang construction company. So a week ago nagsubmit ako resignation sa current company ko and now rendering nlng ako ng mga company assets, documents and site instructions. I still have less than 3 week to render lahat ng project under my name.

So while nagrerender ako, nagstart na ako noong Saturday magapply or submit ng CV ko sa mga company online and today I received a call from a HR sa isang construction company na specializing sa large scale housing projects.

And if may maadvice pa kayo ano dapat paghandaan ko before my interview tomorrow?

Btw dalawa open nilang position Project Engineer at Project Manager. Im planning to apply as PM.

What do you think?

Do i need to pursue my field or try other opportunities na kahit hindi pasok sa field ko?

Btw, I'm a licensed civil engineer and works as an operations manager for almost 5years na sa construction company. I roughly earn 70k monthly including profit share na ito.

[For Hire] Looking for high paying job

About me? I'm a civil engineer, currently working as operations manager. Earns roughly about 70k monthly (including profit shares).

Looking for: any job offer that can offer more than my current salary. Kahit hindi na related sa field ko as long as mataas offer.

Gusto ko na rin kasi lumipat halos 5 years na rn ako sa company and i think nareach ko na limit ng offer nila.

Has anyone successfully overcome lust and corn addiction?

Problem/Goal: I have a problem with cornography, lustful content, and constantly seeking visual stimulation online. It can be porn, almost-nakd women on TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and sometimes even chatting with other women for attention. While I don't always give in, the urges keep coming back.

I'm a 28-year-old man and I've been in a relationship for 5 years. I'm posting here because I'm honestly exhausted by a cycle I've been struggling with for a long time.

I have a problem with my habits / addiction. The frustrating part is that it's a cycle. I'll stop for days, weeks, or even months, and feel like I've finally gotten control over it. Then suddenly the urges return and I find myself falling back into the same habits again.

What makes it worse is that I feel guilty toward my partner. I know she's aware of it. We've talked about it before, and I suspect she's reached a point where she's tired of bringing it up. I don't even bother hiding my watch history anymore because I'm tired of pretending. Yet every time I fall back into these habits, I feel like I'm letting both her and myself down.

For me, the issue goes beyond whether it's considered cheating or not. I feel like I'm wasting my time, energy, focus, and potential. There are things I want to accomplish in life, but when these urges hit, they can consume hours that could have been spent on something meaningful.

I've tried different things. I go to the gym, I play games, I keep myself busy, and sometimes those things help. But the urges seem to come back eventually, whether it's after a stressful day, a boring day, or sometimes for no obvious reason at all.

I'm not looking for judgment. I'm looking for advice from people who have genuinely struggled with this and made progress. How did you break the cycle? How did you deal with the urges when they showed up? Did anything help you create lasting change instead of just temporary streaks?

I'm tired of feeling like I'm fighting the same battle over and over again. Any advice would be appreciated.
