So I took my first longer trip with my bike after 250 miles to see what the true range was on my bike. I had my saddle bags and my trailer hooked up with my tent tarp air mattress and small cooler cause I'm thinking over fall I wanna go camping. It was about 50 lbs on back rack with saddle bags and about 100 110 lbs with trailer. Trailer is one of the ones that convert to cart with brakes and has like 16 inch tires for easier pull and travel also has a shock system to not be so hard on cargo and bike when traveling. There were a lot of hills steep enough that I had to pedal up hill. I noticed my converter was getting really hot a little over half way to my destination which was a total of 10-15 miles it started to kinda putt putt after I tuned off bike and let it cool, like start the current and start going then I would hear a click from back tire and it would stop. Same thing happened when I pedaled it would start at the top of the pedal and turn off like a second later. I later realized if I pedaled up to like 18-20 mph the motor would kick in and work normally. I spent 2 days riding it around unplugging wires to motor and plugging them back in still acting the same. Went to work today same thing but it started to act like it wanted to be a normal ebike again. On way back from work like halfway home it started working normal again. I can now slow to a stop and it works when I pedal or pull the throttle. Gonna turn off take off battery let it sit tonight and see what happens tom.

What could this be? Is it something that's fixable. I think I still have a warranty and I got it imported from Walmart online store so I got the protection plan from like all state or whatever insurance company does online Walmart store. Is this something after the weekend I should email both parties and let them know this happened?

Guess I just wanna know what path I should take cause I know the foreign warranties can be a pain in the but that's why I got the protection plan figured worse case I'll just call the insurance up and ask a new one free parts or a refund. I also do have a next door neighbor that works on cars mowers kids electric cars and stuff so if I have to repair I do have somewhere I can go to be watched to make sure I don't destroy my bike. Ive also built my own computers and worked in the low voltage security install field so I'm not completely dumb to low voltage electricity I just have never worked on an ebike.

Sry for the essay considering this could mean I don't have a way to work if I have to send it back for like a month I wanna make sure I give all info needed about issue to get the best answers.

Even though all of us haven't agreed on some things and such I have to say I'm very impressed with this group, as long as no one is outright harassing someone or attacking someone I haven't been banned reported or attacked really in this group or seen it done to other commentors and honestly I think this is the only group I can say that about.

Most other groups on Reddit as soon as you have an opinion someone doesn't like it seems like all of reddit comes down on you and you get banned and reported or harassed.

So even though some of you have frustrated me sometimes and I'm sure i have frustrated some people in the community as well. Almost all of you let the conversation take its course and don't freakout over stuff to a point you make a full time job just to follow each other around on the internet.

So because of all that I have to say thank you to everyone regardless if it was a helpful person or someone who has disagreed with me. Most of this community are at least mature enough not to let those feelings and anger take control of them and act like a child. So thank you all for that it's one of the only communities I've been a part of on reddit I can say that and I appreciate all of you for that.

Like a few weeks ago I posted wishing peter would come back to fable but call it something else and we'll my prayers had already been answered on April 22 2026. Seems peter is returning to fable and taking it to his black and white roots.

His new game taking fable into the godlike rts genre is called masters of albion. It is in early access but any fans wishing peter would come back now have a way to support him and make it a reality. My kickstand won't stay all the way up and my bike fell the other night because I tapped it so I think it's a stretched spring. I don't have a tool to take pin out so I don't know. My kickstand is a heavy duty like 200lb rear kickstand. I imported the bike so it was put together mostly by customs and quality checked by them to. I'm assuming a lot of e bike companies that aren't top dollar prolly spend most the budget on the bike and buy cheap accessories so I'm wondering if there is a proven good kickstand where I can get extra parts or warranty if I break it again. Should I buy a rear dirt bike kickstand instead? Basically what the general thoughts are on this subject.

Also for a quick helmet repair question!! is there anything to get scratches off the full face helmet visors? I know it sounds silly but I can coast downhill faster than 28 miles an hour and most speed limits are like 35 where I live so anyone running into me will be going way faster than that so I figured better be safe and look like a dumb ass than to feel cool and end up dead cause my helmet cracked or something. I got one of the smaller ones for e dirt bikes and dirt bikes and stuff so it's rated for fast speeds but doesn't have all the crazy tech motorcycle helmets have. Would headlight buffer work to get it out or make it less noticable.

I have a ps3 which I'm pretty sure just needs a new disk drive can I still buy them? If so where and what am I looking for when I see them on shop. Is there like a serial code I need to know I have the right one or how does that work.

Just cause I forgot how much things have changed: I get why everyone is so confused now disk drivemeans multiple things now I guess my age is showing lol yes I mean blue ray drive. When I was a kid building computers we called hard drives hard drives and the thing you put the disk in disk drives. Plz forgive me 😭😭😭😭.

If any of you are out there reading this can you guys do what a lot of other old developers are doing and making sequels to their games but calling em something different. The guild guys are doing it as well as the settlers devs. I think the old civilizations devs did it as well. But Microsoft is destroying everything that made fable fable. Me and many others have wanted a sequel since fable 3 and it seems the og fans will never get that before they die. The closest thing we have gotten to fable is a kingdom of amular remaster. To top it all off anyone who has a PC only has the option to stream the original games. I own the games and cannot download the files to my computer. I want a true sequel to fable and I'm sure many og fans do as well. I'm positive doing something like Kickstarter would yield results as well.

Guys I just wanna play another true fable game before I die and this new game is not it. I honestly haven't had as much fun with an RPG since fable and I really want that fun back. Going around eating everything so you can get fat to unlock demon doors. Only leveling up skill so your the skinniest person in Albion. Leveling only magic to turn into a magical being that glows in the dark. Running around fable 2 to turn on the villagers and burn an entire town to the ground. These are things you cant do in any other game and now you won't be able to do them in a fable game as well.

Seeing as people are asking crazy prices for an sp these days can I just buy the parts i need and shell and build

one cheaper? I've built like 4 pc in my life and like building things like this. Like I dont care if its original hard ware just want something of decent quality.

Is there any lens protectors for the edge 2025 itself or are they the same size as motor edge 2025? Cause i cant find any specifically for the edge 2025.

Edit: so after a little bit of digging i figured out motorola does something kinda dumb. They use the terms edge and moto edge for the same devices just they use them interchangeably between carriers so when you search up accessories you get listing's with both names in title. Which makes it seem like 2 different phones if you dont know this. I believe they do the same for some other phones as well.

This is in no way meant to hurt anyone's feelings or meant to be offensive its just an observation ive made being new to the community. It is meant to spark conversation and debate not start a war so please keep that in mind while reading.

The only thing ive learned over all else in this community is everyone likes to defend artificially boosted prices to avoid any inconvenience that may come. All of them dog on amazon bikes and stuff but there are plenty of content creators out there proving these people wrong. Also as far as local.shops not working on them sounds completely stupid. No other industry does that.

Ya it requires research and work to make the proper purchase. But the clear racism or culture superiority or whatever you wanna call it is insane in the ebike community. Like 90 percent of the complaints are: you might have to work on your own bike😭😭😭😭😭, You have to do the leg work and find parts 😭😭😭😭. Like do people realize a lot of people buying this stuff are coming from way worse transportation options? Or maybe coming from a beater car that has drained the account over and over so spending like 800 bucks over a course of a few months replacing parts with better parts is better financially than 2000 dollars everytime you go to the mechanic?

Not to mention people be telling people to drop 2-5k on first ebike!!! Like these people dont even know if they are gonna like it or not why spend that much money? Or the best part do people ever think if people using it for transportation instead of walking if they wanted to spend that much they would just put a down payment on a car? Or the artificial inflation US is having right now on everything?

Im just saying it makes a lot of people in this community seem like spoiled rich kids or children with no responsibilities other than spending money.

Like someone's feet could be medically falling apart cause they walk to work everyday and everyone in this group be like buy this bike for 10 grand!!!! Like live in real life not this fantasy land people have cooked up in dreams.

Like idk I see all these people pushing everything but certain brands or nations through the dirt for ebikes and every comment or video I see on these bikes by people who actually bought some of them instead of sit at home playing keyboard warrior says otherwise.

Not to mention united staes bikes have no power at all and a bunch of bs extra features and modes no one who rides up a moutin or live in areas like that would ever use.

Or this bike has a GPS!!!! Dude my phone has a GPS I DONT CARE. Like most people just want a bike that functions as a bike and goes vroom vroom they dont care about smart control or gps guidance or any of that fancy crap. Same thing Nissan proved with cars and trucks by making a line of just cars and trucks no fancy BS and they start at like 15 20k like the third of the price of brand new cars and trucks. It's literally all those features that make bikes 2-7k and this community eats it up like candy.

After getting almost all the accessories I need for using an ebike as my main transportation i realized driving to work today in truck im gonna need something to go over glasses to block sun!!!! What are my options? Right now all I need is something that works and allows me to see and it comfy enough i can let them on for at least an hour at a time. cause I still need to buy the bike. I can upgrade to something better later when I have more money to work with. Alsp I will need a helmet as well so when I habe money for the helmet an I better off getting a full fave helmet so I dont habe to worry ablut goggles or and I better off buying goggles and helmet seperate when I do that. Only reason im waiting for helmet last is cause all the ones that look comfy are like 150 bucks or more. So im gonna save up a paycheck or 2 to get one.

For any riders that wear glasses out there any advice will be greatly appreciated im dropping my truck to use an ebike to save up for a new car so this only needs to be my main transportation for a year or 2. If I decide I like riding bike and wanna keep doing it then ill splurge for better everything.

OK i totally understand the modern show is prolly inspired by the hatfields and McCoy's in a modern setting so im not gonna go all cry baby cause of i consistansies. I understand going in i habe to have turn the same parts of my brain off i did for Cobra Kia and im cool with that.

Havnt decided if I wanna watch just the Yellowstone one and Dutton ranch one or all of em. So do you get more out of the show watching all of em in order? Is it a better show watching them in order? Instead of typing them all I guess i have all the basic questions you wpuld habe watching a show like this in timeline order rather than the time they were released.

Im 5'7 so would need 23-26 inch frame if i remember correctly would like something that functions as a mountain bike as well so im not forced to use roads of i dont have to to get where im going. Most things i need access too are within 20 miles so 40 there and back and dont mind using pedal assist if I need to to extand range past that or buy a second battery to do so for emergencies. I have a decent selection of jobs within that range which is mostly why I want an e bike. That way I can make my way to work where ever it is within that range in a reliable amount of time.

I have around an 800 dollar budget at most i can get together quickly. Maybe a little more. Does anyone have any suggestions. Only thing I ask is its a company I can get parts from or a company that makes something universal so I can buy parts from anywhere would be nice so I can try to fix anything that goes wrong myself.

Although if for my budget thats not obtainable I understand. I only need this as my main transportation for at least a year or 2 max so I can save to get something better or a car if an e bike becomes less doable. So I dont need something that will last a lifetime just be reliable for a while or longish time if that makes sense. Obviously I dont want something thats gonna die exactly at the time limit I set but last long enough I can be set in the bank and afford something better.

Sry if I overexplained or had bad grammar or spelling and new phone is on the list of things to do before saving hard-core as well seeing as mine is half broken.

Are they seriously gonna charge 1200 dollars for what is essentially a gtx 3080 so the performance of an almost 7 year old graphics card? I always said you could build better pc cheaper than console but this is insane. Also if you dont care about the newest graphics cards you can literally put a system together as powerful for half the price if you wait for sales and stuff. This is absolutly insane.

So in light of the 1080 being dropped support wise on almost everything in near future I need a new one.

Problem is almost all the cards worth buying nvidia wise are like 3-600 dollars. My budget at the moment is the 200 dollar range till I get back on my feet. I've always used nvidia cause until recently they were a pretty rad company. But I am using this opportunity to drop windows entirely and go with Linux. So in the spirit of things I am willing to look at amd cards cause I did notice some are cheaper for around the same performance i just dont really understand thier system of whats better or not. . Also I do habe an Asus motherboard never been to sure if it really mattered a whole lot if the companies match at least it never seemed lime it did in past.

But ya if anyone knows of any onlvne sales or good place to get refurbished for graphics cards would be awesome to know. Or any coupons available online as well. Thanks for the help. I just dont keep up with all of this as much as I used to cause it seems like everyday there is something new.
