Stereo not turning on

Replaced my stereo because previous one sucked ass. When I opened it up I realized that the previous owners cut a lot of the wiring so I went to the junkyard and got myself some connectors. The stereo works as tested it and it worked fine but once i properly set it up it won’t turn on anymore. Are the connectors faulty or did I mistake with setting it up?!

Suggest me songs similar to I wanna be adored by The Raveonettes

This is the only song I’ve been listening to. My music has been stagnant lately and this song is the song I want to listen to right now, but I don’t want to ruin it just by only listening to this song!

What are your rangers tire size?

My 1996 rangers tire blew out and just wondering what size you guys have on yours. I realize mine are pretty small and wondering if that’s common with older rangers mine are 205/75/14. Should I be getting bigger tires?

Where is your go to place to practice if you didn’t have a studio and didn’t like practicing at home?

As the title says. I have a hard time solely practicing at home and don’t have a studio. I need some ideas for what I can do.

Worried I might’ve ruined my ranger :/

Was driving home last night and currently have an issue with my power steering pump. I thought I could drive it another day without much of a hassle but every time I’d turn my car would stall and go in neutral. It did that while a car was driving close behind me. I quickly turned my hazard lights and forgot to go at a complete stop before shifting to the parking gear. All I heard was a screeching noise before I realized what I had done :( it drove okay afterwards but it was definitely idling roughly at stops :( did I just ruin my poor rangers transmission or am I overthinking it :(

Bad canister purge valve?

1996 Ford Ranger automatic 4.0 v6

My ford ranger has been having trouble with fuel economy. It’s been giving me bad fuel readings. It’ll shoot up like if I had a full tank of gas or it’ll tank down. I’m able to put decent gas and it starts up fine when I do. It does feel a bit sluggish when I drive but otherwise it accelerates fine. I have the check engine light on and went to an AutoZone to get a code reading. It said the purge valve needed replacement. I’m just not sure if it’ll be just that. I’ve seen posts saying that a common issue with this model is the intake manifold. Just trying to eliminate any other possibilities before I make any purchases.

Are these normal worn out spark plugs?

Changing the spark plugs of an 96 ford ranger. Looks like they’ve been never changed but wondering if there’s something else wrong with how they look?

Got myself a used 96 ford ranger. It’s a 4.0L V6. I love everything about it but been driving it for two days and I got the check engine light. Went to check the codes at an auto zone and it’s apparently an evap issue. Didn’t think it was too serious so I drove it to work but on the way back it’s been rough idling. I really love everything about this car so I’m trying to do the mechanical work to maintain it and keep for a good while!! Does anyone know what this could be? Is it related to the evap issue?
