I think we're in the clear now, it switched back to "watch" from "warning" just now. Did anyone catch if it actually touched down anywhere, or just clouds swirling?

A few weeks ago, my son was showing me his armor stands in the middle of some Minecraft build he had just finished, which got me thinking...
Found out fullsize mannequins are under 100 bucks on amazon and ebay...
Immediately ordered.
It's in, shipped to my door for $95, and works even better than expected.
This is hallarious and a nice way to keep a full load out all organized together.
I can also confirm, the one I bought will take a full load out of 50+lbs. without issue.
If you want to play a grown man's version of "barbie dress up" too... I do not want to post direct links for sales, but a search of the below will get you there:

I know this is probably an odd post, but I can't think of any other group that might know what to use this for, so coming here for Ideas from you all.
At one of our shop locations we have a large sheet of Armored plate from a previous gov. job left over that has just been sitting unused for years. We were cleaning up the yard and were going to send all the old stock to a be recycled, but I held this one piece.
This is a sheet of ARMOX 500T used in Bunker Blast walls and is 1"1/4 (32mm) thick and around 8 feet (2.4m) wide and around 20 feet (6.m) long.
It should be noted, It is an incredible pain to cut, as you can not torch it, and it is too large (costly) to have moved around to have abrasive water jet cut, just for the heck of it (It weighs about 4 tons) But, it can be cut with Ceramic Alumina cutting discs out in the yard. Yes, It will take a jig, and a good amount of time, but I could possibly cut this up into pieces if I could find a use to do so.
Once is is down to a manageable size, I can have it sand blasted & painted, or powder coated back to a new looking finish if needed.
With that said, what size, if anything, would be beneficial? I am trying to find a size small enough that it can be handled without equipment, while also being good for some ballistic use.
Keep in mind, a square foot (305x305mm) section weighs around 52lbs (23.5kg) So making personal body armor out of it is probably out of the question. Would making targets out of it be worth it? What size would make the most sense to make?
I'd love to hear any ideas as I would much rather find a use for it, then to scrap it.
