Hi Everyone, I'm 19, male, 5'8 and have been bulking and doing gym for about 3 months.

So far I have seen noticeable differences as I went from 53kg -> 58kg. My body overall is fuller. Now I'm saying this very honestly that after watching a lot of videos on people taking creatine and getting "crazy" results, it is very tempting for me to buy it. But I have seen several reviews and studies where people say it increases DHT and directly hair loss, some say it causes stress etc.

It might be a coincidence but I have seen a lot of people saying it's related. Now I absolutely love my hair and am extremely cautious about my health, I wanna know if I should take it or is it so advantageous that I should disregard my personal health boundaries or peace of mind for it.
