was this chinese phone toy sound popular world wide?

Was this toy sound ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vUiruhZAJC0 ) globally popular in the 2000s? I had a toy phone with this sound (so did many other kids) as a kid and now I've heard it was popular througout Asia; what about in Europe and other Western World? I live in Europe (no longer in Asia) and want to make this sound as a ringtone as a joke but afraid most people would not get it. thanks.

seeing incel in everything to the point that they're blind to the attention who're in the original post.

I dont use Instagram so maybe Im wrong but that one I mark blue is the original poster of the pic right?

I know it is a meant thing from the guy to post but... they (ITers) praise her for being beautiful and cute etc. while bullying the dude (I sometimes complain and compare myself with other too, so I'm an incel then according to them, despite being gay and slvt). Short, both are equally cringe and toxic.
