I’ve been loving my Flat Top Griddle

I just want to say how much I’ve been loving having this Members Mark 36 inch griddle. It’s been so nice. I’m one person so I’m not cooking for a lot of people most times but it’s just been so nice to cook all my ingredients at once. Not smoking out my small apartment is nice. I’m looking forward to cooking for my friends and family when I get the opportunity. Here’s some things I’ve bern cooking on it just for more content.

6 Months Post Op. Had my first food get stuck. It fucking sucked.

I was leaving this RC Car place I hang out at and I asked a friend for one of his McDonalds fries.

Drive home was about half an hour and I could tell something was off. I thought I might be starting dumping, which for me would be weird because, fortunately, I don’t dump very easily.

As soon as I got out of my car, I could tell as I walked up to my apartment that something was DEFINITELY OFF! I walked through the door and my chest/sternum was in immense pain. It was like an 8/10. I thought I was gonna have to go to the ER. It felt like a Xenomorph was trying to bulge out of my chest. Lmao.

I hung over the toilet for like 5-10 minutes debating on driving myself to the ER. I coughed a few times and after a pretty intense cough, I felt the tiniest movement in my stomach and slowly had relief in less than a minute. That was one of the craziest experiences I’ve had. Holy shit.

Dinner tonight is a Sweet & Spicy Meatball sub with Protein Doritos.

One of my favorite fast food items was the Sweet and Spicy Meatball from Firehouse. I started creating little at home versions!

Turkey Meatballs
Tomato Sauce
One Splenda packet
Red Pepper Flakes
Sargento Ultra Thin Provolone Cheese
Natures Own Keto Hot Dog Bun

Whole meal is only 358 calories with 31 grams of protein.

Got my AC issue diagnosed in my 2019 Civic LX Hatch today. It’s the Evaporator.

Just needed people to confide in. The cost of the repair kinda put a damper on my day.

Any know a Multivitamin (with Iron) that doesn’t taste/smell like shit from a butt?

I use the BariatricPal Multivitamin (With Iron) capsules but they taste and smell like shit due to whatever chalky coating I think they have. Anyone got some they like?

Brothers PC wont turn on

This is a PC I built for my brother. He was using it this morning and when he got home later it wouldn’t power on.

When turning the PSU back on it just does this in the video.

We tried unplugging extensions and going right in. We tried reseating everything. We tried a different PSU. We tried turning it on with some parts disconnected.e no pcie, no ips, etc.)

Is the mobo toast?

Lately, whenever he plays Cyberpunk or F1 the pc would just stop displaying the signal to his tv but the pc Would stay on and the only way to fix it was forcing it to shut down. Could that have done something?

Any tips or advice is much appreciated.

Low Calorie Cooking Spray?

I want to get a cast iron pan but I’ve been on a weight loss journey for the last year, and one of the things I’ve done is move to low calorie oil sprays because it SIGNIFICANTLY reduces the calories in a lot of things.

I had been cooking in stainless steel but I’ve not been doing this as much because to cook something in a stainless steel pan you basically need a decent amount of oil and cooking spray like pam just doesn’t cut it for something like eggs.

My question is, could I cook things like burgers and eggs and pancakes or whatever using a cooking spray on cast iron? Or is it basically not worth using if I’m not cooking with normal oil/butter?

Just wanted to Share my Fried Rice!

Just air fried some frozen grilled chicken, microwaved the rice pouch and then threw it in a pan with an egg and G Hughes Sugar Free Teriyaki Sauce.

Definitely one of my favorite high protein/bariatric recipes. If rice and chicken doesn’t upset your tummy, definitely give it a try!

I can’t turn my heaters on in the app anymore.

Did google update the app recently that took away the ability to turn off and on smart devices in the app? I don’t see an on button when I go to my heaters anymore.

Pulled the trigger on an Indigo Neo 512gb

I’ve had a 2015 Macbook Pro for 11 years. It runs like ass, it doesn’t get updates anymore and the battery is shit from a butt.

Decided to pull the trigger on a Neo. I have a beefy custom gaming PC that I can do all my large and intensive tasks on. So this being just a second laptop that I can use for small tasks on the couch and stuff is perfect for me.

Was born the year the N64 came out but never had one. Went from SNES to Gamecube. Picked up all this for 100 bucks with the Expansion pack! Happy to add it to my collection.

I bought two PS3 slims on marketplace and they both ended up having some sort of issue making it unusable. I finally said fuck it and bought a certified refurb on Ebay. So excited to start getting back into the PS3 and picking up games I never got to play back in the day.

Also, it’s nice to see every Playstation system on my entertainment center.
