I grew up listening to Terry and Ted in the morning. They just signed a genocide whitewashing letter.

I’m a long-time Montrealer, and for years, Terry & Ted were part of my morning routine on Mix 96. That’s why it’s so disappointing to see them among the signatories of an open letter urging Montreal City Council to vote down the motion that would recognize and denounce the genocide in Gaza and suspend institutional ties with Israel’s current government.

Israel is killing people as we speak and bragging about it. It has been going on for three years with no end in sight. Why are they attacking efforts to bring this to a halt? This isn't about antisemitism, it's about opposing killing kids in Gaza. Were Terry and Ted always this right wing and cruel?

No you are not crazy

This band has an infinite amount of financial backing to promote their content. Their music is off putting and their lyrics are AI gibberish. Their humour is also not funny to anyone. They are trying to make a genocidal apartheid state sound cool. These aren't real musicians fam.

Jesse with with more Conservatives in Thornhill

Jesse's metamorphosis into a right wing pro-Israel demagogue is in full swing.

He was part of an event at a Thornhill synagogue with disgraced MP Kevin Vuong, Melissa Lantsman, Shuvaloy Majumdar and Ben Mulroney.

The event was hosted by right wing racist Jewish groups like TAFSIK, Bnai Brith, friends of the JNF (which has lost its charitable status for supporting war crimes in Palestine). This was after attending another event that featured racists Gad Saad and Ben Shapiro. https://tafsik.com/event/wsaa/

Enough of Jesse Brown's racism

Over the last two years, Jesse Brown has come out of the closet as a gaslighting extreme racist. His ethnonationalism, anti-Palestinian racism and islamophobia has grown to epic proportions. He has justified and enabled a literal genocide in Gaza. Who is going to hold him accountable? Will anyone contact the radio stations that carry Canadaland? https://www.canadaland.com/radio/

Hey if you guys can please look up Jesse’s interview on CNN. He openly blames anti semitism due to muslim immigrants.

This is openly spewing Islamophobia. I am not sure what can even be done as he is expressing his views on a US channel. As a muslim immigrant this type of open hatred gives me so much anxiety 😟

We need to talk about Leslie Roberts

When I saw that Leslie Roberts was going to become a city councillor I was very worried. These worries are starting to materialize.
Not only did he have to resign from Global News for ethical breach but his brother is also the editor in chief of a the very right wing National Post.

Aside from his family’s dubious media history, Leslie and his brother are staunch supporters of Israel. They even took a free propaganda tour from a sketchy outfit called the Exigent foundation.
Now, soon after being elected, he is leading a campaign to attack Montrealers who are protesting Donald Trump and Itamar Ben Gvir, an extremist Israeli racial supremacist already sanctioned by Canada. Rebel News is pushing Robert’s’ narrative hard.
I am worried that Robert’s will use his power and influence in city hall to crack down on political speech that he doesn’t like in Montreal.

Am I overreacting?
