I have tried getting into palia as it is widely talked about. As soon as I open the game I'm overwhelmed by information. I played a while ago when I first heard about it but got as far as building a house and now I'm over whelmed with what everything means? Please help me understand this game!

Ive always struggled to the extreme in daily life and struggle to hold down a job. Has anyone managed to get pip for adhd and how has this helped you in daily life? Do they tend to give it to people medicated or is it based on unmedicated? Currently unmedicated and am overwhelmed and a walking mess daily.
I have combined adhd i/h/I and struggle with eating well within my calories. I can carry on eating way past fullness and then some. Only time ive been able to be healthy is when I got obsessed with the gym and healthy eating and went 2 times a day for a year 😂😭 i am only 4ft 11 and overweight and need tips for not overeating and controlling my food. Anyone else have this issue?
I am a mum of 2 under 6. Struggled all my life and been diagnosed with severe adhd in all 3 areas. Only problem, I cant afford the medication 😪

My relationships with my kids have always felt distant because I struggle to sit and play and listen to them. I switch interests in studying for a new career constantly so thats a fail 🙃 I get obsessed and hyperfocus on meaningless things while the important life events pass me by.

Any tips and hacks for non medicated adhd that have worked for you?

Also I get hyperfocused on turning my hobbies into businesses but then can never stick to it (is this common)?
I managed to get it playing natively on my thor through game native but after 10 mins it closes silently. Is this because of my handheld or a known issue over all? Also when I play paralives on boosteroid I cant map the controllers to a mouse like I can on game native. Do we know when controller support wil be implemented?
Paralives works so well on the thor but I am wondering as it doesn't have controller support at the moment is there still a way of mapping the joysticks to be used as a mouse movement? What settings would you recommend? Using game native and currently the touch pad.
