If you had a startup idea today, where would you look for your first teammates? and vice versa

What if there were a platform where founders could showcase their startup ideas to attract talented people, while individuals interested in startups could explore projects across different domains and join teams that match their interests and skills?

We're currently conducting market research for a platform aimed at solving these challenges, and we'd genuinely appreciate your thoughts.

If you've ever built a startup, wanted to join one, or have experience in the startup ecosystem, your insights would be incredibly valuable. Please share your honest opinions, experiences, and suggestions in the comments

Anyone interest in working on a startup idea together (website based)?

I've been thinking about a problem that many aspiring founders face.

Every day, people come up with promising startup ideas, but most of them never move beyond a notebook or a Google Doc. Not because the ideas are bad, but because they struggle to find the right people to build with.

That's the problem I want to solve.

I'm working on a platform where founders can share a high-level overview of their startup idea, discover people with similar interests, build a team, discuss the project in dedicated workspaces, and eventually explore opportunities such as mentorship, validation, and funding as the platform grows.

The goal isn't to create another social network. It's to create a place where people who genuinely want to build startups can find each other and actually start building.

A question that naturally comes to mind is: "Why would someone publicly share their startup idea?"

The platform wouldn't encourage founders to reveal sensitive details. Instead, they would share only enough information to attract the right collaborators. After all, ideas are common—execution is what creates successful companies.

Right now, this is still in its early stages, and I'm looking for people who enjoy building things from the ground up.

Whether your background is in software development, UI/UX design, marketing, sales, product management, business strategy, branding, or simply solving problems, I'd love to hear your perspective. You don't need years of experience—what matters most is curiosity, commitment, and the willingness to learn.

If this idea resonates with you, leave a comment or send me a DM. I'll be creating a group for everyone who's interested so we can brainstorm, validate the concept, and see if we can build something meaningful together.

think I'm fascinated by systems, not technology. Is there a field dedicated to this?

Lately I've realized that what attracts me isn't programming or specific technologies—it's systems themselves.

By "systems," I don't mean things like React for the frontend or Node.js for the backend. I'm talking about the underlying principles that make complex things work.

For example:

YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok recommendation algorithms are systems designed to maximize engagement.

Financial markets and economies are systems where incentives, feedback loops, and policies interact to produce large-scale outcomes.

Ecosystems are systems where changes in one part (like ocean temperatures during El Niño) can affect weather and agriculture across the world.

The human body is an incredibly sophisticated system. It regulates temperature, energy use, hormones, immune responses, and thousands of other processes without conscious control.

These examples are completely different on the surface, yet they all seem to share common principles: interacting components, feedback loops, adaptation, emergence, and stability.

This made me wonder:

Is there a field that studies these universal principles across all kinds of systems, regardless of whether they're biological, economic, technological, or social?

I'm interested not only in understanding existing systems but also in learning how to design entirely new ones that solve real-world problems.

If you've studied this area, what books, researchers, or fields would you recommend? Am I describing Systems Thinking, Cybernetics, Complexity Science, or something else?

In this I will be giving my life experience and my thoughts on the topic brahmachaya , love , and realtionbetween themSo lets begin

A teenager when grown up into his 20's then he start figuring out that the addictions that he has been having in his life are destroying him and if he continue like that then there would be no time that his life would become meaning less and just like this other people do but the thing is the moment they get heard about the path of brahmacharya then first thing that they are been told is that you have to retain your semen you have to follow celibacy , they have to ignore and stay away from girls, you have to stay away from any type of pornographic content and you have to eat satvik food(no spicy no fast food at all) and the list have more things but lets discuss them someday else
so there are so many rules that a person has to follow and guess what he manages to follow them for maybe 1 week or for some 1 month or two but the moment they are exposed to any type of adult content they just collapse and end up in that loop again and then comes the guilt and then comes low confidence and then again they would watch a motivational video and then again they would go on a streak and again the same but the question you might be asking why are they collapsing again and again why they are not able to maintain it … see some people  manage to follow celibacy for long time like years but its not same for all of us to do that … celibacy is not followed just based on your thought and ideologies its also tighly linked to our biological needs of the body .. You cant fight and urge with your thoughts its like we both are in a war and you don’t have any weapons and you are fighting with me just with your words what would happen nothing … you are defeated everytime you are in the arena ….

so then does that mean we would never be able to follow this ? Does that means we would never get that willpower to fight this urge , we would never be confident on ourself ?

just stop here and see its not logical to say that because if it was so hard to overcome lust then this world would never have been this advanced and no great leaders would exisists but they does that means they have done something in their life due to which they have been able to get to that level where lust is nothing in front of their personal goals so what it is that they follow how great spiritual leaders follow it how they stay so calm and focused ( they are also humans like us ) they are not gods … the answer is that they never fight the urge they always divert it into something different its like lets say I am having an extreme urge of masturbating so there are two option either I choose to fap other is I use that energy to do 1 hour exercise in both the cases energy will be released and you will feel normal but the after effect of both are totally unmatchable in fap you would regret , you wont gain anything , its just pleaure given to you in exchange of your energy and it will rise more , whereas in the exercise part your muscles will be trained you will get natural dopmine , and you would feel more alive no regreat just pure happiness…. Its because energy can neigther be created nor be destroyed its just transformed into a different
holding semen for long time is like ( I have turned on the pressure cooker and blocked the vessel from which the gas comes out what would happen it will expload just like this your semen is you can block the canal let the river flow in your own controlled direction which is your goal , without any goal in your life you can never overcome this , because its our identity which allow us to stay above the level of those urge and if that identity doesn’t exixsts then we can't fight it …

second thing i want to clarify in this path of celibacy we some how create a false image in our mind about womens, that we have to stay away from them we have to stay away from all type of content that has mature content .. Wait wait wait you are doing wrong don’t fear from them they are not influencing you to fap .. Its just the matter of perceptive of what you see in them once your percepective is change you will feel that now you are not running away from them and I would answer this with a great concept

see and ask your friend about one thing who has been into relationship with a girl (true not fake) his urge to masturbate was completely gone I am talking this with experience ,
