DWD Maetier for park only setup?

DWD Maetier for park only setup?

I’ve had a Dwd Maet for a few years now. love it for park but it’s too small for me now not to mention too skinny for my size 10 boot.

Is this just a wider version of the maet? is it really any stiffer? I love doing butters and hope this wouldn’t be too stiff.

Good for playful pow day/all mountain?

I’m 5’10 150lb with no gear and wear size 10 boot. thinking of getting a dedicated park setup and all mountain setup.

Will this be playful for presses, spins, and side hits, but still do well with powder at Snowbird in Utah?

I’ve tried some friends stiffer directional boards before and always didn’t like how i couldn’t butter or spin. I want something playful that still does decent.

My only benchmark is my old Salomon Huckknife that I thought did well for park and snow days. Snapped the tail and decided I want to have a seperate park board for Woodward Park city.

Scooter running too rich? Cole started fine during test ride. Now where i live at +1500ft elevation it doesn’t idle and bogs until when cold starting. I have to cold start with some throttle and hold rpm above idle. Runs and starts great when warm no bogging

Should i mess with air fuel mixture screw 1/8 turn at a time? idle adjust? scooter idles and runs great when warm no
bogging at idle or full throttle. Does my spark plug i just took out indicate anything? scooter has 1200 miles.

I assume being +1500 feet of elevation from where i bought the well running scooter makes a difference, however i’ve never tuned a carb so not sure which screw to mess with.

2 stroke Scooter dies after first start until i apply throttle for ~30-60 seconds. Normal for 2 stroke?

starts, idles, and drives perfectly when warmed up. scooter has 1200 miles. I assume this is somewhat normal for a 2 stroke? never bogs at all when riding so i assume the carb is pretty dialed in

fix “sluggish” throttle response on manual 3rd gen tacoma?

I understand it’s a truck not a race car, but I wish the throttle response was a lot quicker. When starting in first gear it feels like i have to wait a second for the rpm to actually pick up. Also for downshifts i feel like i have to hold my foot on the floor for a second to get the rpm up.

Is there a fix for this? Tune or something similar?

Just at a quick glance I see people say OTT tune but then i also see people saying it’s super overrated.

22 CRF250R Bogs out until fully warm. Elevation issue? (Salt Lake City) or needs valve adjustment?

My last 22 CRF250R I rode at sea level. started right away without fast idle even in the cold. I bought a different 2022 CRF250R in Salt lake city ~4300 foot elevation. In the valley I have to use the fast idle and blip the throttle when pressing start button or it cuts out and shuts off when I try and let it idle. Issue is worse the higher up in the mountain I start my bike. Takes longer to fully get warm and not bog out when idling.

Bike has unknown hours but sounds healthy and starts right away/runs fine when fully warmed up. Could this be valves too tight or is it more of an elevation thing and ecu tune would help. I don’t notice any loud backfire when I let off the throttle just a normal slight burble.

Anyone use these?

i end up swapping my filter every 1-3 rides. moto track i don’t think this is needed but when I ride super dusty Utah trails with friends i definitely am eating dust a lot of the ride. how helpful are these?

worth it to get ecu tune for salt lake city elevation?

debating on getting ecu tune this winter. i don’t race or anything but don’t mind spending some money on the bike if it makes it nicer. is ecu tune only useful if i get an exhaust? will i notice a difference with tune and stock exhaust? will tune and exhaust be much different?

Sprocket size for LBX with core motor on 17in sumos?

Curios it other have the same setup wondering what size they run. I have a 54 tooth and it’s great for wheelies but i feel like it runs out of rpm when i’m trying to cruise canyon roads. I’m thinking 50 tooth might be a good switch so i don’t have to have field weakening so high
