1 week out Republic of Texas. Weight sitting at 225lbs , up 6lbs from the morning of Jr. Nats 2 weeks ago. My weight cap is 239lbs

Excited for this one as it is on home turf. Been pushing hard the last few days for a bit more conditioning.

Overall Win at Jr. Nationals & Top 4 Pro Debut in the same day

Figured I owed all of you an update since I made a 1 week out post that got some attention.

The weekend went as well as I could have possibly hoped:
- 1st place MP class H 🥇
- MP Overall Champion 🏆
- 4th place at the IFBB World Classic in the same night (Pro Debut)

I was 219lbs show morning. My weight cap being 6’2.25” is 239lbs

Not much else to say other than I’m still processing everything. I went from a nobody who never dreamed of bodybuilding to a competitive IFBB pro in 2 years… it’s surreal.

I plan on doing a few more shows to see if I can qualify for the Olympia, but everything is still up in the air.

1 week out Pro Qual

Sitting around 223lbs fasted. Threw in some recent gym pics for fun. I’m 6’2” . This will be the first show of my second season. 3rd national show.

DEXA Scan 8 days out from show

Never got a DEXA scan before this, thought now would be a good time as I’m a week out from a pro qualifier show.

Guessed I was sitting around 6-7% , DEXA confirmed that.
Included some recent check in photos / gym pictures for reference.

Not a bad deal for $50.

Anyway, any of y’all manage to get a lower bf% on the DEXA ?

29m 6’2” 220lbs enhanced

4 weeks out pro qualifier. I am enhanced , not natural.

Lifted for ~10yrs naturally. I’ve been enhanced 2 years. Peak weight this offseason was 250lbs

Last time I posted here the consensus was to bring my kegs up. For the last 6 months since then I’ve been working on bringing them up. Hack squats and leg press have been key

6’2” , sitting at 228lbs this morning. Prep has been going very smoothly , started prep around 240lbs 7 weeks ago.

Currently on 30 min cardio per day (incline treadmill) .

Macros currently - 450c , 65f , 275p

I should clarify I am 7 weeks out from NPC Jr. Nationals, it is not a natural comp.
