I'm 21 and unemployed preparing for government job exam my parents are working hard for me to provide I just don't want to put another burden on them for protein requirements , I come from middle class family as my father earns 70-80k a month.
However the condition of my body is really bad i have typical indian male weak physique with less muscle mass , tiny forearms and bulging stomach.
That's why I thought of joining gym even if I can't go for muscle building hard what can I do to stay fit and make myself somewhat better.
