Krispsykolog i Stockholm?

Hej!

Struggling with skin touching when trying to sleep

Hi! I'm wondering if anyone can recommend a product that they use for keeping limbs apart when trying to sleep? I struggle a lot with my limbs touching each other, especially now that it's hot outside so i can't wear clothes to sleep and my weighted blanket is too warm. I'm thinking there ought to exist some kind of wedges to keep my limbs apart, like toe separators but for arms and legs, but I don't find anything by googling. It's especially my arm pits/my upper arms touching my side and of course the upper part of my inner thighs. Sometimes even my fingers, and my chin touching my chest. Any advise??

at-home training program to build muscle?

Hi! TLDR: Good follow-along exercise videos focusing on strength with proper form with progressions?

For the first time in my life, I've gotten somewhat motivated to actually try and build some proper strength and maybe even some visible muscle. I'm as genetically unlucky as possible when it comes to any type of sports, not a single person in my family has ever had any kind of visible muscle nor been in particularly good shape. Also, I've been real sensitive about workout and sports because of school gym trauma etc. ANYWAY through the last six months I've slowly increased difficulty and frequency in workouts since having just had a regular yoga practice focusing on maintenance for the past several years. I'm doing short calisthenics programs like this one: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Red2IPV9e68&pp=ugUEEgJlbg%3D%3D That gives you an idea of where I'm at. I started with the beginner version and now I'm able to almost finish all the exercises in the linked video. But from here I'm having a bit of trouble with how to continue at home. My goal is working out three times a week. I don't think it's realistic to do more than an hour at the time (I'm VERY busy in my work-life, I can't work out at night because then I can't sleep, so I have to be able to squeeze it in in the morning), and I need time to also properly warm up and cool down with yoga for mental health. I don't want to be overly ambitious because I know it can be dangerous if I can't keep it up, I'm afraid that I'll get overwhelmed and just drop it. But I'm also getting excited to actually SEE changes and learn skills I haven't been able to do before. So anyway that was just to give you some context. I feel quite complicated about fitness clearly. Please help me! Suggestions for follow-along videos that you find helpful? When can I expect to see muscle/how can I go after that whilst maintaining a healthy focus on functional strength? I'd also wanna hear it if anyone shares my experience with trying to build up fitness from the bottom with a lot of mixed feelings?

AITAH for telling a family to leave the car?

I'm interested to hear your take on this classic conflict: People with children VS child-free people.

I'm on an 8 hour train ride. I'm in nothern Europe and there's a heathwave (we're not accustomed to that here!!) so many of us are a bit on edge to say the least. I've purchased a ticket in the quiet zone that's a little more expensive (I'm a student so I don't have a lot of money, i'm very intentive with how I spend them) so I can have a comfortable ride and get some work done on the way. After about five hours, the train is pretty full, not packed but you'll have to walk around a bit to find a seat if you haven't booked one. A family of four walks in, three adults whom I judge to be a husband and wife, the mother of one of them, and a toddler. The wife/mother of the child sits down next to me with the child in her lap. They all talk to each other in a rapid pace like a family would, in normal to elevated voices, quieting a bit when they seem to notice that no one else is speaking. Sometimes the child lets out a loud noise/yells something but mostly it's the adults that are discussing something. Btw, I'm quite used to this particular stretch and people are VERY respectful about the quiet zone. I've actually never experienced anyone not respecting it except for a few teenagers here and there.

After a few minutes I tell the family, as politely as I can: Hi, this is a quiet car, so you're not supposed to be actively talking in here.
The woman next to me, clearly shocked that I would say anything, points to her child and says: I know, but she's a child, she doesn't understand that.
I: Ok, but it's mainly you adults talking.
Woman: ... we have to talk to each other when we're here with a child.
I: ? OK, then you should leave this car.
The woman honestly looks at me as if I just told her to abandon her child forever, like it was a completely absurd request. But they all quiet for about 10-15 minutes, with only little noises here and there from the toddler. Well, then they all gradually start talking again. I once again, now more aggitated, tell them to be quiet or get out.
The woman now turns her back to me, visibly making eyes to her husband. After a few minutes, they start talking again, and I ask the mother and child to stand up so I can leave the car. I then leave the car, find another seat a few cars away, not in a quiet zone but at least relieved of the immense tension that now filled the car with my original seat.

My take: I think people with small children tend to act overly entitled to special treatment because there they are doing god's work raising this utter miracle of life!!
IMHO, having children is extremely common, and when you decide to get yourself one and bring it with you, you thereby also resign the privilege of having access to adult-only spaces.
My sister's opinion when I just told her: She thinks I'm insane.
What do you think? Am I the asshole?

Struggling hard with close grip push-ups!

I've only started doing calisthenics workouts about two months ago, so I'm def a beginner. I've been doing a routine of 40 seconds of different exercises repeated x 3 thrice a week, and I moved on to the intermediate level this week since I could comfortably finish all exercises at the beginner's level. At this level, I'm struggling HARD with the close grip push-ups. I can finish other difficult exercises like the hollow hold, pike push-ups and negative pistol squats. I can do the negative close grips quite comfortably, which was all I had to do at the beginner's level. But I can literally only do like 4,5 reps of push-up part and I'm reeeally struggling with that. I feel like I might be getting something wrong in the technique??? Any advice? On what I might me getting wrong or maybe another exercise I can do to help with practicing the push-ups, since the negative-only reps doesn't seem to have gotten me that far?

Or am I just being impatient lol?

My Macbook air 2017-model is struggling for its life. I would've liked it to last another year or two, but it's not looking too good atm.
I'm not gonna be able to afford a brand new one, so I'm most likely gonna buy a used one. Which model is best and has the best chance of surviving for many years?
I need it to be able to effortlessly handle LARGE documents in word and adobe acrobat. That's what's most important and what my current macbook can't do anymore.
