Genetic landscape of the people of India

Using allele-frequency variation across 405 autosomal SNPs sampled from 55 endogamous populations, the Indian Genome Variation Consortium applied a system structure based unsupervised clustering framework and recovered five major fuzzy-membership clusters. Each pie chart and horizontal bar represents the relative probability of a population’s assignment across these latent genetic clusters.
