What can I do to make my setup better?

I'm building my stack and is currently healing my 2 helixes. They're doing very good and we're only about 6 weeks in so I'm stoked 😊

I want to add more chains, piercings and everything fun! Currently planning to finish the left ear first, so right ear looks very sad imo - what can I do to jazz it up?

Next piercings I'm considering on left ear is marked in purple - I also have hearing aid I'm trying to get used to, red markings where the cable goes.

Ps: I know my left ear is a little red still, it isn't usually but gets like this when I clean which I just did. They are not crusty, swollen or painful at all :)

So - what would you add or change with my stack and setup, where can I add more pzazz and chains and is there anything I haven't thought of that would make this look better?

All jewelry are ASTM F136 Implant grade titanium except 2nd lobe ring on left ear which is rose gold plated silver.

Thanks in advance 😊

Anyone have experience with anodizing small chains?

Hi!

Apologies in advance for missing flair- there was no option to add one? I've made posts in other groups with flair but maybe it's placed another place in here? Please help and I'll be happy to edit. :)

I realize most people in here probably anodize other stuff than jewelry. But I really want to learn to anodize as I love jewelry in rose gold and it's difficult to find in implant grade (astm f136) Titanium.

I've heard that anodizing chains specifically can be really tricky. Is there a good solution to get a good result every time that anyone can share?

An inspo pic attached of type of jewelry I want to anodize.

Thanks in advance 😊

How small ring can I have in my Daith?

This is healed 3 years now without issues. I just downsized from 10mm to 8mm but still feel the ring is too big. I'd love some more oumph, any advice welcomed! 16G. I'd like to try 6mm but I suspect that might be too big too. Could I go with 5 perhaps?

What jewelry would you put in?

Thanks in advance

What should I do next? Limited due to hearing aid but want more

Hi people.

First off- I'm sorry for reposting, realized I forgot the photos and couldn't find a way to add to original post.

I'm looking for advice. Currently have 2helix on left that are healing on 3rd week, just downsized the labret so they're a little irritated but doing well.

I'm already so excited to keep adding to my stack when I'm healed and ready. I'm a long way from healed and will of course wait :)

Due to hearing aid(drew in red where the cables go) I can't have forward helix, tragus or more helix closer than the one on top left ear as that is veeery close to the hearing aid, to aid in healing.

Kinda heartbroken as I really wanted a 2x or 3x forward helix on one ear and 2x tragus on the other.

So what should I get?

I'm wanting to keep it simple and cute and know I have a tendency to go overboard, I don't want it to feel too crowded.

On my wishlist/perhaps list: (but which ears, how many, any I haven't thought of?)

Tragus dermal!?

Conch

Pre-lobe

Snug

More helix

Vertical helix right ear(where I currently have Daith, 2x lobe)

More stacked - how should I place them?

Anti-tragus perhaps?

Rook

Please help - I'd love some suggestions! Also jewelry suggestions most welcome! I've added the ones I'm thinking most about in blue dots, what do you think?

Thanks in advance 😊🌻

Neurospicy people with piercings 👋

I'm trying to learn about how to take care of my piercings and find good quality piercings without breaking the bank while at the same time suiting my desperate need to find rose gold colored jewelry.

I've always struggled with my writing being perceived a certain way, and asking for help in regular piercing groups generate me more anxiety than anything else.

I'm on disability and need to find safe (astm f136?!) Titanium piercings that still look true rose gold without costing more than say 15-30 euro/piercing.

Is this at all possible? I'm located in Norway, Europe- but am willing to order from most places. I can also order to Sweden.

Are there any body mod/piercing groups for neurospicy brains where my mind doesn't have to be lit on fire just because I can't communicate with people?

Please be kind, I'm having a really spicy day today 🥲 Thanks in advance 🫶

Any experience with shop "Piercingline"?

I found so many cute piercings at Piercingline, and they have Grade 23 titanium piercings rose gold plated. I'd love some advice on whether anyone has shopped here before and if they are as good as they claim?

Or any advice on where to buy ASTM F136 / Grade 23 titanium piercings in rose gold plating (or niobium if they come in rose gold?)?

TIA :)

Should I change setup before it heals?

Hi people!

Looking for any advice for my current setup? All the balls are healing piercings, yes I know that's too many but I can't do anything about that now 🥲 They seem to do fine so far, on day 8.

Should any of them be moved? I'm unsure about the lobe piercing placements mostly. Will add more helix and flat when healed I think - any recommendations are welcome 🤩

Anyone with hearing aids can help me figure out if there are any piercings I should avoid when trying to get used to hearing aids? I really love forward helix but perhaps they're off limits for me?

I also realize one of my current helix' may be placed bad for my hearing aid?! I hate them and didn't bring them to my piercer because I have a hard time getting used to them, so I completely forgot. But I need to work on that.

Should I try and see if I can heal the helix anyways or just move it straight away? Picture added where you see back or my ear that the hearing aid is basically covering the labret.

Thanks in advance!

Where to buy safe rose gold colored jewelry?

Hi all! I'm gonna try to post this again as I had left too much info in the screen shots I added. As there was a lot of info about what I do and think wrong - I'll add some comments on that as well :)

I'm stuck on piercings, I've just gotten 5 new ear piercings totaling 9(regular lobes incl). I've been informed that no serious piercer would do that, but here in Norway the studio is one of, if not the most known for being "safe" when I did my research. I do realize that might not agree with you, but please rest assured I will take that into consideration for the future, I don't have a Tardis to go back in time and undo my piercings :)

I'm not trying to argue 'I'm right" - just informing my logic for going there in the first place FYI 🌻 I'm taking all comments to heart and will keep that in mind for the future. Also healthcare is free, so if anything happens I will of course get help - first with the studio that has lifetime warranty and assistance as well as a 24hr emergency number for issues.

So, my current first world problem is I ONLY like rose gold jewelry and my Audhd brain can't accept anything else. My brain is on fire wearing silver colored healing jewelry 😅 I'm of course gonna let them heal with the piercings I got from the piercing studio before I change them😊 All piercings were done with sterilized cannulas, of course I would not do piercing gun.

I am also going to get ASTM F136 titanium labret for all the piercings, but I'm going to try to swap out the jewelry piece and will "accept" surgical steel for that part (WHEN HEALED) - that is while I slowly build a 14k stack. (And naturally if any issue occur I'll swap out for safer piercing in titanium if I get an infection etc). I mistyped and wrote stainless steel somewhere so just to clarify; I meant surgical of course, not stainless :D English is my 2nd/3rd language so please bare with me.

So far on day 4 and feel good, no issues with them and will go back for a free follow up to change the length of the labret on helix piercings in 2,5 weeks (free of charge, they gave me shorter bars as well as bioflex/MRI friendly bars in case I needed that while healing).

Right ear;

Two lobe (had one, got one new - only new on right ear)

One Daith (3 years healed)

Considering getting a flat and a stacked as well

Left ear;

Three lobe (had two, got one)

One stacked - new (wanted two but my tiny ears would make that a low helix and I had to wait)

Two helix, new - one lateral and one on the top of the ear

Might get a conch later on

I'm trying to build a cute "stack" in rose gold color.

Where do you buy? I've found a lot of cute stuff on Etsy, BUT buying from Norway and being able to ship to Sweden or Norway, the shipping is astronomical, not to mention that I'm gonna get charged a tax on the parcel when it arrives.

I'm on disability and basically realize I've got to have a cute "basic"(i.e. cheap) stack before I invest one piece at a time. So please. Where can I find cute, rose gold color(not genuine rose gold - just titanium or surgical steel) piercings that ship to Sweden or Norway and doesn't cost an arm and a leg? 🥰

Thanks in advance! (I'm gonna add some inspo pics)

Best regards

Anyone female with urethritis who do urethral dilatation at home and can share some advice?

I've bought stainless steel dilators but wonder how to start and how to keep everything clean. Both while dilating and sterilization before and after.

I've had the tools for a few years and am in so much pain, but treatment at hospital is difficult to get and not as effective in norway as it was in Sweden when I lived there so I'd prefer to do it myself.

Hope for some advice :)

Thanks in advance

37 year old woman looking for someone to play Dead island 2.

Hi!

Pan woman here, a little bit of a newer gamer so I need some patience if someone wants to game with me. 😅

I started playing Dead island 2 and it's too scary to play alone, and hubs doesn't like the game. I struggle with some anxiety and don't usually do voice chats etc, so I figured I'd try with someone in the queer community where I feel safe 🥰

To be open, I live in Norway so my time schedule might be different than yours - and I'm leaving on holiday for 2 weeks as of Wednesday. But I do love to game (ps5) so I hope to perhaps find someone that wants to try gaming with me even though I will def not be the strongest player.

I figure it's a given since I'm in this group but I'm looking for someone antifascist, antiracist who is for the rights of all people no matter gender identity, sexuality, gender, skin color etc. Please don't respond if you hate people for who they are 🏳️‍⚧️🏳️‍🌈💪

If anyone is interested please comment below 🌻

How to survive 2- can player 2 play alone on ps5?

I play with hubby but I get quite addicted and he plays other games with friends separately on pc, so I end up playing alone alot to gather resources etc. This gives me a lot of unfair amount of xp (I had 360 000 today and he had 60 000).

So I thought I'd play on his user a bit to even the score and so he can upgrade his stuff too. But I can't seem to figure it out. Is it not possible?

Thanks for any advice!

Games like How to survive or Dysmantle on Switch 1?

Looking for something to play from bed as I'm sick. I know Dysmantle is a unique game, but I'm currently enjoying how to survive 2 on ps5. (Except some issues with lagging in combat etc but you can't get everything).

Other games I love are HOB, A way out, Astor; Blade of the monolith, Another crabs treasure, The walking dead and Last of us. I know most of these don't fit the theme but just to give an indication of playstyles I like. I still want a survival game on my switch :)

I love Dysmantle but know that there's no games other than Dysplaced like it. I'm trying out Xel now but don't like the camera being "locked".

Other games I've loved are:

HOB

Astor

Another crabs treasure

Cat quest 1 and 2(didn't like3)

Elli

Raji

...and the trine games. But I do prefer 3d/isometric/top down :)

Open for a lot, but as I said I'm not too into building and shooters.

Thanks in advance
