The last couple days I've been having electric shock feelings across my ribs area, and now I've been having pins and needles in my heart, does anyone else get this? I'm pretty new to health anxieties and stuff ✌
Basically recently I think I've been having heartburn, but then yesterday I had something with tomato in for dinner and since then around my ribs have been having this kinda electric shock feeling for a while since, sometimes center, sometimes left and sometimes right.
It doesn't hurt much but it's super uncomfortable, it happens on my upper side, yesterday on my right and today on my left.
i know its anxiety, it wont happen. ive had EKGs fairly recently after heart palpatations, my chest hurts from pushing down into it for a while. but still. this is the worst my health anxiety has been, not saying much because it didnt start long ago. ive had heartburn i think from ibuprofen and anxiety for the last day and a bit and its driving me INSANE.

I keep squinting. Ive been struggling to focus my vision, my eyes feel like they're burning a lot, I keep getting headaches around them. I had a burning one on my forehead the other day and it was terrifying. Looking at screens for very long even with blue light filters still hurt my eyes and reading makes me squint which makes it worse. I had to turn my text sizes up too lol. Like I can't handle doing nothing apart from listening to things, I get extremely bored. What do I do
on alternating sides, usually only one at a time. it feels kinda stiff/tight at times, and it hurts to smile on the one side. 18 mtf on colecaleciferol
ive been going around basically everywhere cuz i have health anxiety and my god i cannot think of anything else right now. when i open my jaw, theres not as much of a clicking sound as much as a feeling? i dont really know how to describe it and whether or not its real. my face has felt stiff for the last week, not really much pain but sometimes a little bit, and sometimes it feels numb. occasionally, and my lip FEELS (not is) like its drooping sometimes, although this has mostly gone away. idk if this is tmj or not idk
I am vitamin D defficient, I've been taking 1 20,000 IU colecaleciferol 500mcg pill every few days for the last month or so. I don't know my levels because I got told the results of my blood test through phone then never thought to ask for the levels, and recently I've had some what I think are nerve irritation issues. It happened in my face at first, but then today I think it started happening in my hand? Is this normal because I am genuinely a hypochondriac and WILL overthink the hell out of this.
(Mtf 18yo last I checked like 70kg but that was years ago)
Theres like a red mark you can see on my hand, it kinda hurt a bit for a while then it started feeling less sore and more numb and now it's kinda switching between the 2

pretty much what i just said. sometimes it feels like my mouth is dropping, its horrifying. because obviously, if that happened then thats part of what happens during a stroke. i cannot concentrate on anything right now, that might be because of anxiety. the doctor says it seems i have an inflamed muscle, i think right by the part of the skull the eye is at, if you want to see, see i can send a picture of the general area. i have had burning headaches, but i think thats anxiety. also, yesterday, bellow my right eye felt like it was twitching, and my top back right tooth hurts. please tell me someone can help or calm my anxiety, my mother just shouts at me. also the right side of my mouth near the face is kinda like tired feeling

the doctor just told me to take ibuprofen for a few days.
so i think its kinda been causing a couple heart palpatations, i went to the GP about it and thats what they think and tbh they know a lot more about me. thing about it is, it felt like the left side of my chest was feeling clenched for a couple seconds, and around my pectoral muscle was and still is a bit tender so we think it was that. after 5 days of 400mg of ibuprofen 3 times a day and no palpatations, then a day or 2 off them where i felt fine, today i think (i was laying on my side so im not sure lol), i had another but it felt like i had a slight stitch and also pain still on my left side, and pretty near the top of my chest but a lot more in the middle of my chest.
please tell me someone can help i overthink this a lot kinda
So the first thing happened yesterday, it felt like something was clenching my heart, it hurt a little bit for a few seconds. My heart then just started beating extremely quickly and strong. I thought it was a random panick or anxiety attack at first and it was terrifying it. This lasted like 5 minutes . The next one happened today and I was walking around trying to call the ambulance until the lady on the phone told me to sit down (fantastic advice). The pain was only there for a few seconds again but it came back a couple times and felt like it would more, weird sensation nearish my heart. I had a very fast heart rate for a lot longer this time and it felt like it would come back for ages. today I was actually doing stuff tho so that could be why.
Now I need to specify - I am not diagnosed with anaemia. My forner GP (I'm currently changing GPs) suspected it. And can I just say, the last month and especially the last week have been super Omega miserable. I got prescribed with colcaleciferol (hopefully I spelt that right), but I can't lie since I took it I just feel worse and honestly I'm half convinced I'm alergic to it. So yeah does it come in phases and if I do have anaemia is it only this bad sometimes or not?

doctor thinks it might be. Ive been struggling to breathe for like a month now. its happened before for like 2 days max. not this bad. kinda started this bad when i was out on a walk at like 10pm. my eyesight tends to get blurry right now after like 20 minutes of walking, and my breathing gets worse after half an hour or so. when i get home, im sweaty, even if its cold.
my chest/lungs feel heavy, once or twice it felt like i was suffocating for a few hours. My skin turns yellow for a little bit sometimes, thats happened for longer than i realized me struggling to breathe sometimes happens. i had a blood test and i got rung saying i had a vittamin c (i think, i didnt hear very well lol) defficiency a couple weeks ago and i got a prescription for it. i dont have an easy way to that pharmacy and my mother who would give me a lift is on holliday with work right now. i cannot get the prescription right now while being able to get home easily.

also sidenote im a huge overthinker and apparently this can kill if its very serious so thats pretty fun :D
Am I the only one who's sick of the R9 being the best smg? Sure for like 10 minutes the re45 kinda gave it some competition and sure the alternator with double tap is a monster, but the r9 has always just about been on top. I'm genuinely hoping every season that they put the r9 in the care package or they buff the volt or nerf the r9 or anything, just because I want some change
