Is this a heart palpitation?

So the first thing happened yesterday, it felt like something was clenching my heart, it hurt a little bit for a few seconds. My heart then just started beating extremely quickly and strong. I thought it was a random panick or anxiety attack at first and it was terrifying it. This lasted like 5 minutes . The next one happened today and I was walking around trying to call the ambulance until the lady on the phone told me to sit down (fantastic advice). The pain was only there for a few seconds again but it came back a couple times and felt like it would more, weird sensation nearish my heart. I had a very fast heart rate for a lot longer this time and it felt like it would come back for ages. today I was actually doing stuff tho so that could be why.

Does anaemia come in phases?

Now I need to specify - I am not diagnosed with anaemia. My forner GP (I'm currently changing GPs) suspected it. And can I just say, the last month and especially the last week have been super Omega miserable. I got prescribed with colcaleciferol (hopefully I spelt that right), but I can't lie since I took it I just feel worse and honestly I'm half convinced I'm alergic to it. So yeah does it come in phases and if I do have anaemia is it only this bad sometimes or not?

this anaemia?

doctor thinks it might be. Ive been struggling to breathe for like a month now. its happened before for like 2 days max. not this bad. kinda started this bad when i was out on a walk at like 10pm. my eyesight tends to get blurry right now after like 20 minutes of walking, and my breathing gets worse after half an hour or so. when i get home, im sweaty, even if its cold.
my chest/lungs feel heavy, once or twice it felt like i was suffocating for a few hours. My skin turns yellow for a little bit sometimes, thats happened for longer than i realized me struggling to breathe sometimes happens. i had a blood test and i got rung saying i had a vittamin c (i think, i didnt hear very well lol) defficiency a couple weeks ago and i got a prescription for it. i dont have an easy way to that pharmacy and my mother who would give me a lift is on holliday with work right now. i cannot get the prescription right now while being able to get home easily.

edit to add more stuff i forget
my head feels super weird sometimes when i stand up. idk if i would ever describe anything as dizzy but im super bad at explaining things, blame autism.

also sidenote im a huge overthinker and apparently this can kill if its very serious so thats pretty fun :D

This might be controversial but

Am I the only one who's sick of the R9 being the best smg? Sure for like 10 minutes the re45 kinda gave it some competition and sure the alternator with double tap is a monster, but the r9 has always just about been on top. I'm genuinely hoping every season that they put the r9 in the care package or they buff the volt or nerf the r9 or anything, just because I want some change

Thoughts after 150 episodes

Yeah it took me a while to get from episode 100 to 120 because of exams, health and mental health but then I got through 30 episodes in a few days.

Seabed heaven was pretty funny frfr

But yoshiwara in flames is the main thing I just finished and yeah it's byfar the best arc in the show.

Ive come to realize that for me, the main standouts are the characters and worldbuilding. Even though the world I've really seen is pretty small, the small mundane brainrot slop that I'm shown every episode makes the world feel lived in. Ive gotten to see so many of the smaller places and people who, in reality, will probably never return after their 2 episode long arc. The actual important characters, even though they arent the deepest, have entertaining personalities and different gags. Out of all of the important characters right now, the only one I dont really care about is shinpachi.

Yoshiwara in flames is probably the most obsurd idea for an arc that clearly large amounts of substances were smoked or sniffed to come up with.

I knew kamui existed and that he was an antagonist, but I didn't realize he was being introduced in yoshiwara in flames until the opening.

Anyways time for my dub ass to be forced to watch like 70 episodes of sub

Axle nerfs suck.

They aren't focussing on the obsurd speed of her nitro gates, having less placed at once is a start but you still go too far and its still too chaotic and hard to follow. Not only that but giving her tactical less HP feels like it would be kinda meaningless, and if anything its a buff because you can just destroy the nitro gate more easily, meaning you can't be chased. The ultimate getting rid of smoke should have been there from the start, but its also a buff to her ultimate which after playing her more and playing against her more, it did NOT need.

If they want to nerf axle, they should make her tactical slower and lower the hp of her ultimate.

Update to "is this asthma or am I cooked"

I rung 999 a few hours ago. I thought they said they would come when I said I'm 18 and I've been struggling to breathe for days, but maybe not because they aren't here. My memory is pretty bad sometimes so I blame that. I woke up today feeling better than the last couple days until I went on a few minutes trip to the shop for a drink and that made it a lot worse again. I got home, drank some monster (very smart idea I know 🤣), realized my breathing had gotten worse since the trip to the shop, then went downstairs played a game of apex legends and decided to ring 999. Explained loosely what was happening and what had happened today, and now we are here. My mother is at work and I've been texting her updates, but unfortunately for me shes making full use of the fact that Im not 18 because I'm pretty sure if I was a year or 2 younger I could get her done in for neglect. Shes just brushing stuff off and I'm kinda nervous about an ambulance so I'm kinda just hoping they don't come and my mother isn't too annoying. Fingers crossed it gets better tomorrow and I can get to Friday for the doctors appointment

Is this asthma or something cooked

Yeah I've resorted to asking around literally every where because my test at the doctors isnt for another 5 and a half days.

Ive been struggling to breathe most of the time for nearly 3 days, apart from a few hours on the first day. At times it feels like my airway is tight or there's something stuck in my throat, at times my chest feels heavy, and at times it's both. Ive had shortness of breath the entire time and it feels like Im going to suffocate.

When I walk for more than 20 minutes (havent in a few days but I did the morning before these issues and the night before that), my eyesight starts to get blurry further away and after half an hour I struggle to breathe.

I am not exaggerating. It feels like every fucking split broken moon is in the game. And yeah if it was a good map then I would understand and enjoy it. Slight problem. The map is shit. The map is terrible. I cannot comprehend how they released a map, updated it with strictly positive changes, and the map is still absolutely terrible. I can count on one hand how many enjoyable fights I've had at broken moon. If broken moon is the map at the moment, then I will genuinely change modes just to avoid it. In wildcard every single game is 90% at quantum zone and the fights just aren't that enjoyable. Sure that's partly because caustic is making wildcard unplayable but still. They KNOW people don't like broken moon yet they still shove it down our fucking throats every split.
