How Labwork Feels Like:

Just finished an internship and I'm back in school for labs...

I know why they do it, but come on man.

Which one do you guys like better? Transmogs in the next images.

Also if anyone knows any Hunter chestplate that'd go well with the white pants on the right, please comment as well.

Fics where the Bracken-Blackwood feud is resolved permanently?

Any time era is okay.

The closest I’ve seen to the title is in:

  1. Baelor the Blessed SI, where SI gets real sick and tired of them feuding, so he executes the heads of both Houses, reduces them in standing, and then legitimises a bastard child of uncertain Bracken/Blackwood descent as future lord of a buffer zone while making it clear that the Crown favours this fledgling House. Baelor also makes clear that the next time there’s feuding, he’ll be back with an army and he won’t be so kind. I wouldn’t call this resolved though, because this just seems like a temporary fix.
  2. In the pre-Conquest fanfic where a Dragon SI sides with the Riverlands against Harren the Black, and along the way, gets the Blackwoods and Brackens to cooperate. Since the fic isn’t complete we never know how the war against Harren ends and if the Blackwoods/Brackens go back to fighting.

Due to this game I have started to relearn the piano, because I want to play Schubert’s Serenade.

So I gave up piano long ago because I wasn’t any good at it. But after playing through this game I wanted to be able to play Schubert’s Serenade (i.e. the song that Elster and Ariane dance to). I’ve been practising with a simplified piano version and from there I’ve started playing the piano again.

Thank you Mrs. and Mrs. Signalis.

Went to Seoul Battleship Park last week. 10/10 recommend for any NCD member if you’re in Seoul

They let you onto the frigate for the low low price of 6000 KRW (so < 6 bucks) and you can molest the 76 mm gun

Are there any SI/Alicent stories?

See above. Seems like there aren’t any that I can find.

EDIT: I seem to have caused a misunderstanding. I meant stories where an SI is shipped with Alicent Hightower, not stories where a person is SI'd into Alicent Hightower.

If I've successfully mapped a course (currently on summer exchange), but NUS changes the pre-reqs before next semester so that I'm no longer eligible to take that course, can I still transfer credits? I previously met the pre-reqs to take that course.

I have successfully mapped EC3312 Game Theory & Applications to Economics for a PU mod (ECO2035 at Hanyang), and this mapping HAS BEEN accepted (a few months prior to the exchange itself), and I am currently reading the PU mod on summer exchange.

Previously, I met the pre-reqs for EC3312, which were EC2101 and any MA15XX course.

HOWEVER, the pre-reqs for EC3312 have since been updated to: EC2101 and one of the following (I have never read any of them): EC2104, ST2131, MA2116(T).

Will I still be able to transfer the credits next semester?

Thanks for all the good times

I put "discussion" as the tag as I'm not sure what else to tag this as.

ALSO THIS IS NOT A DOOMPOST

When was the last time that reforming the EF was possible?

Recently watched Hathaway 2 and it had me thinking. The EF is clearly a rotten piece of shit. No argument here. It was rotten in Hathaway’s time, in Unicorn’s time, in CCA, in ZZ, Zeta, and all the way in the original 1979 TV show.

Was there ever a point in history that the EF could’ve been changed? My best guess is just after the OYW, but nobody had the political will to do so and the only non douchebag EF high-ranker, Gen. Revil, had been killed.

What do you guys think?

You guys seriously have to give the FRV a go. I don't see people bringing it enough

I was bored of my usual playstyle today so I decided I should bring the FRV. Usually, I don't, because there's a nagging voice in the back of my head that'll say "What if you need an extra AT option," or "What if you need to bring a Supply Pack," etc etc.

But I decided, screw it, I'll just bring the FRV and see how it plays out. We're getting free 380mm barrages and 500kg bombs right now anyway.

And what a difference it makes! With the FRV, you get the incredibly underrated ability of being able to pick your fights. If the horde's too thick and there's one too many Bile Titans, just hop in the FRV with your squad and run off. Drive straight into bug nests, drop grenades in the bug holes, and drive off. Link up with faraway squad members. And of course, the biggest utlity of being able to drive straight to your destination is always appreciated.

Give the car a go and trust your teammates to bring the requisite anti-tank/anti-horde/etc.***

***I only tried this at D7 and above, where people tend to know what they're doing, so take what I say with a grain of salt.
