Some thoughts on all of the 1/18 sheik mainland kits
Comparing them to each other I would say Fenrir is their best creation. They look great together, the sizes are perfect next to 1/18 figures.
You get quite a lot more stuff in Fenrir compared to Xenostrike, he has the best poseability, I am especially partial to its design and the assembly was very clear, the only part I had small issue with when building was the shoulders. Accessories are excellent, my only complaints are that I wish the assault version (visible on xenodash instructions) visor would be included with this as an option and that the existing visor should be made of 2 parts with the inner bit being available in solid dark metallic grey as well as translucent red, green and blue.
Xenodash I am not a fan of her design, although she still fits decent enough with Xenostrike. No issues with her assembly and she has excellent accessories including unique hands. My only real issues are hands having smaller fingers than fenrir and xenostrike, and head ball socket is larger too, which limits custmization a bit. I wish it also came with a bit more solid and just raised chest piece option, to fit better with Xenostrike.
Both Xenodash and Fenrir show clear improvement in terms of building experiance and design.
Xenostrike was by far the worst kit. Connecting the thighs was a hellish experiance, the hands are the same as Fenrir but feel like worse quality, weapons are not the best, face mask doesn't feel secure and the kit is more annoying to assemble since it's the only one of them that doesn’t use the only 1 sprue gate technology.
