Best pacing on a sports event I've maybe ever seen. Once it started it never stopped until the 4x100 ended. Been getting more into track this past year and finally a schedule matched up. Looking forward to Sunday in Poland with that stacked lineup card.
College sports are starting back up this week across the country, apologies to the non Americans here, and I'll post every dang year about taking your kids out to those games. Doesn't matter the division or size of the school....get on out there. Outside of football and basketball most schools are either not gonna charge admission or charge minimally.
My daughter and I are gonna be at our local D1 for soccer and field hockey as the weather allows. Stay for the whole game? Who knows?! But it's a great way to have a cheap night out in the fresh air, enjoy the pump up music, and at the small schools people always have dogs for some reason.
So whether you are a ball knower or not, get out to the fields, let em run, and enjoy easy nights out.
Title says it all. The full commission life here is rough and I got debts to pay and a kid to feed. I have my life, health, SIE, 6 & 63. Reading around, it looks like getting my P&C license wouldn't take much time and I'm all ears. What firms/agencies could I go to? I'd love a place that actually has some form of inbound leads.

I live in the northeast US. Over the last month or so I've seen maybe half a dozen roaches during the day. All individual roaches and I will go days at a time between seeing them. What should I do?
Someone was gonna be bummed here. Now it's easier for folks south of the city and in the city to see the team....good. And it's worse for NH and northern burbs fans to go...not good. They get a more permanent home.....good. They leave the far superior arena....not good.
I think Agganis is very much "but we have Tsongas at home" and I'm not gonna get a ticket package this year as a result. Will I go once or twice? Sure. Will I miss what was built in Lowell? Yes. Will something else be built on comm ave? Yeah.
I do hope they keep a handful of games in Lowell at the least.

The PMHL finals are being played like someone is snorting lines on a Jet ski speeding into the sun (go canes), and this expansion crap has been a series of hand grenades inside of nukes. I just want it to be over with and then never expand again ever for any reason. I miss Alina.
My anxiety is hell and loves robbing me of good present moments. At the park? Anxiety is like but what if we daydreamed about her funeral right now and I made it REALLLLLLY painful? It is hell and I hate it so much.
My therapist is worth it and next time we're going to talk about adjusting the medication I'm on to control.this. I just wanna be present and not constantly feeling like I'm in a fight or flight response. There are other factors pushing on me mentally which I'm working on, and they all seem to come back to this. I just wanna be able to enjoy my life and moment with my daughter, who has no health issues and nothing imminent or emergent in her life.

Love seeing the series come to town, but my best racing memories are my annual summer trips with Dad to explore the local race scene out here in the northeast. Support your locals because if they close they aren't coming back.
I'm firmly on protecting Alina Muller. It's gotta be her or Winn, but I just wouldn't want to part with, IMO, the best open ice playmaker in the sport.
Then head to Worcester for Hockey Night in Boston. The showcase has been going on for decades and seen oodles of future stars come through. Alex Carpenter and Kacey Bellamy among others in the girls tournament and Tage Thompson & Chris Kreider among others on the boys. Been going to the tournament on and off for 25 years and it's wall to wall hockey for four days from 9 am to 9 pm.
