I’m a new owner of this Hilite Flagship project. Yesterday was my housewarming. After many delays and postponement they handed over the flat to me yesterday. Toilet flush is either leaking or not working. Kitchen water drainage is leaking and my kitchen is flooded. Housewarming guests had to help me to clean the kitchen since the water was continuously coming from the gutter. Materials used in everything is substandard. This is not what you expect from a near 3 Crore flat. Stay away from them. I bought it with full cash. And paid in full too. Since yesterday until now no one corrected the flaws. They keep on giving other numbers to contact. Horrible. Their outside branding is glittering but inside very poor making and customer service. I am writing this review, as i dont want anyone else going through this like me after paying this amount for a flat and it’s substandard services. I was warned about this by my friends before I bought this. I did a mistake. Pls take care. Beware. Before buying any flat ask the previous tenants about the quality of making and services. One more thing we keep food waste outside the door as instructed. But stray dogs are coming and eating and fighting for the food waste !!! True flagship !!

im leaning towards the hilux. but i hear the parking is small and mileage is crap and everything. honestly i dont think i would mind that but would u advice me to avoid it or go ahead with it?

It felt like it had no weight though, but I was definitely very interested in this car and I just think it might be a good replacement. what do you guys think ?
